Piper loves everyone. |
Fergie has to stop and say hi to EVERYONE that passes us. She is so friendly she will just come up and curl up in your lap. She loves everyone |
Zeus is a social butterfly! He will greet anyone who looks his way. I often tell people he is running for Mayor!:D |
Tessa is very friendly but because she is tiny when people rush up to her I will immediantly pick her up... People just don't realize that they can be overbearing. SHe loves attention but is a little more nervous around little children bur will let them pet her if they are calm. Princess is my paralyed little girl and she is toted around in a bag and she is pretty friendly also, but maybe because she feels secure in her bag. |
Buster is shy, even my vet describes him as a shy boy. He will let strangers pet him but on his terms. He does not like to be picked up by anyone but me. He will yelp really loud and wiggle like crazy if anyone tries to pick him up. Maggie is very friendly, she will let strangers pet her and pick her up. Neither of them like children. Kids tend to want to pet them too rough or try to lift them up too high. I don't let kids pick them up. If they want to hold them they have to be sitting on the ground or floor and then Buster does not like it. |
OMGosh! Ted is the most awesome dog that I have ever encountered. He is SO playful, lovable, sweet, and outgoing that everyone wants a dog "just like Ted." Lola on the otherhand, is just as sweet, but a bit more reserved, and less of a "show off" than Ted...LOL! (The pups are just like their daddy, Ted, so far... VERY outgoing, lovable, and playful!!!) |
Although Sophie is always very excited to see us when we pick her from grooming, etc. sometimes I think she would go home with anyone. When our kids visit she would rather sit with them, and she will run up to anyone and give them kisses. The only time she is not friendly is when I am holding her and a man approaches me. Then she becomes protective.:) |
My Yorkies are VERY sweet but I socialize them a lot. We have lots of friends with dogs and also Tucket's brother and sister. |
Rio is a social butterfly and wants to greet and kiss every single person in sight. Makes me worry sometimes, 'cause she would probably go home with any stranger she meets! |
Yogi loves everyone he wants to go and greet people walking on the street (thank you fence!) he loves everyone and wants to just give them kisses especially kids |

He is wary around strangers, but warms up after a while. However, with dogs, he is a social butterfly! |
Rocky is very friendly, likes people and dogs. He was traumatized when a group of kids came at him with their hands outstretched and is sometimes leary of kids now. :( Too bad, he used to love kids and wag his tail to want to meet them before that group of kids ran at him! He likes the little kids more than the 6-9 year olds. |
When Gunnar sees someone he tugs at the leash and wants to go say hi. :dogwalk: I\'d call that friendly! No-one has tried to pick him up yet, so I don\'t know how he will react to that. I\'ve handed him off to a few people and he did fine. I think I have a social butterfly on my hands.:D Donna |
Jax is very friendly. He\'s all about anyone that will pay attention to him. Even when you\'re not paying attention to him he is still jumping around you and pawing at your feet for attention. Maybe its because he\'s still a puppy but I wouldn\'t mind him staying that way.. he is a really people pup. We had a Bichon Frise when I was younger that didn\'t like anyone he didn\'t see on a regular basis and even some people he was use to he just didn\'t like. He ended up biting one of the neighbor boys, chasing down the paper boy and he bit me about 6 times before my family said enough was enough and we had to give him up. It was heartbreaking. :( |
