trust me, men adore this tiny babies!!! my fiancee absolutly adores my 2!! he wants a male now and we have been to see a rescue male!

we bath them together and he thinks its really romantic haha. we do everything together with them, walk them together ect, it really brings us closer lol.

i groom them then he messes them up haha!! but he knows how to put bows in, clothes on ect!

and this is the man that said he would have nothing todo with them!!

We have two sons; one is in medical School at Michigan State University the other one serves in the U.S. Navy on a nuclear submarine and they both absolutely love our yorkie Sophie!!! Cullen is a doll, love the sweater :cool:.

Cullen is so cute and looks like he's all boy!

I would even begin to tell you how many men bond better with little dogs. Probably because after they get them they realize they are easier to take care of and they give so much love and affection in return. My future husband use to be a big dog guy but after months of emailing him cute photos of Yorkies, research and seeing them in public, he is now smitten with the breed and makes remarkable comments about the coming of my future baby daily.

:lol tears me too! My DH just loves our little Pebbles and cares if she is cold and if she is, hurry up and keep her warm, get something for her to wear.

And yes: little dogs are total babe magnets. I have 3 small dogs: 1 Lhasa Apso and 2 Yorkies. My husband was the one wanting the third dog, because Walker is so attached to me and he wanted a yorkie all for himself. Well, didn't quite work out that way, since I'm the primary caregiver. But he loves these dogs just as much as I do. Here is a perfect example: we go to the Renaissance Festival every year. My husband is about 6'4, in a scottish kilt and a vikings helmet and a full size battle axe on his back. He looks HUGE but he has a little yorkie on the leash and is proud of it! Yes, we do get a lot of looks. He also takes the yorkies to football games, dressed up to look like the school mascot. So, here you have proof, that yorkies are for everybody. Have fun with Cullen! You're going to make lots of friends with him and the ones that think, that there's something wrong with the picture,.....well, they're not really worth your friendship, I think.

My DH was totally against getting Couver in the beginning, and now he's completely infatuated with him! It his hilarious to see a 6'4" 270 lb man walking or carrying a little dog... He even carries him in his dog bag too!! Hahahaha:D

Yes I wouldn't trade Cullen for anything in the world. There is something so nice about waking up every morning and him acting like he hasn't seen me in ages and all he wants to do is share his love. Thanks for the comments...I'm happy to be a yorkie owner.

My husband absolutely adores our little guy. As far as my husband is concerned, Shadow hung the moon! He crawls all over the floor with him, even playing tug of war with his toys in his mouth! Seeing the two of them together makes my heart melt.

i think it's wonderful and most men that get little dogs at first are objectionable about the whole thing, especially when it's the g/f or wife asking for it, but after a day with these precious little ones, it's like they love them more than us women!!

and i think it's very masculine to be able to look good next to a cute little man like that...i personally find men more attractive when they can show love and care to such a tiny creature, makes them excellent "daddy" candidates ;)

My husband said that if he knew that the yorkies were going to be such a chick magnet then he would have gotten one a long time ago!

My Yorkies get more kisses from my husband than they do from me - and he was an MP in the Army and he trained German Shepherds. :)

Congrats on your puppy!! He is very cute! My DH LOVED Peanut when I first got him, when I was at work and he wasnt DH would take hime every where!! To this day DH loves Peanut.. I think it is great that you have a love for yorkies.. Yorkies will give you endless love and affection!
