My local Wal-Mart has a great new selection of really cute doggie sweaters! And they are only $5.:D

I have seen some at our Wal Mart too. I have an appt in a nearby town with a Super Wal Mart so I am hoping they will have an even bigger selection. I am hoping to get a coat for Cooper for the winter.

Did you see any coats or just sweaters?

I bought both of mine the Wal Mart sweaters,they run a little big I believe. I got Bella an xxs she weighs 2.5 pounds and it was a little big on her.

Think it will shrink when you wash it? Cooper has a vet appt tomorrow but I think he is about 3 lbs now. I was a little afraid they would be too big too.

Actually I think it probably would. I havent washed mine yet though. Its not really big its just big where when she walks she just falls over and rolls because the arms are a little big:DIts so cute!

Yes, there were some coats too, but I believe they were $10. My Wal-Mart had the sweaters on an endcap and the coats were with their usual selection of dog clothes. The sweaters are really cute for the price!

Thanks for the tip because you can never have too many sweaters ;) I think I'll run to Walmart today since it's finally cooling down here in CA.

they have great stuff there! thats where Fiona got all her hoodies, sweaters, and a really cute bomber jacket!!!!!!! :):):)

I went over the weekend and bought two for each one of my yorkies. I am going to go back and get more and get one my dacshaund. they truly our adorable and for only $5!!!!

I picked up 2 last week for my boys but I thought the necks seems to be very tight. They are light blue with a dark blue turtleneck and have a Firehydrant on the back :D

Last year they had the cutest bomber jackets with a skull and crossbones on the back for $10. I saw something very similar on like for about 6 times the price :rolleyes: We had lots of complements whenever they wore them out and about :D

I bought my Bella three sweaters, on with a pink bow on the back for my birthday. She wore it then since I bought her for my birthday. I ended up getting the xs, the yorkie size was to small and she is 6 lbs.

We actually went there today and picked up two coats! One for Gordon, and one for my Step Mother's female Shih Tzu. I love the way the little hoods have buttons to pin them up, and the fact that even though they're different colors, they match. It's funny, I always thought Target would have more of a selection than Wal Mart. But everytime I've gone to Target, they don't have very much at all as far as pet clothing goes.

Oh yeah I was all over the 5$ sweaters, I got an xxs for my Luna and it fits her great!
Which is hard to come by because she only weighs 2 lbs

I got lucky! My Wal-Mart had them on sale a couple of weeks ago for $2.50/$3.00 and the coats were $5.00. But here in Fl you don't really need a lot, so I just picked up one for now..

I got the same orange one for Rebel. he is 4lbs 10oz and he also has the xxs. I am going to get more this weekend.

oooh I will definitely have to go...because Tini has grown out of most of her sweaters since I got them like 6 months ago...so she barely has any clothes now!!!

I washed them over the weekend in the gentle cycle and layed them out to dry just like I do my own sweaters and they held up well.

Great....I'm glad to hear that. I got Rily the blue one with a fire hydrant and Saydee the pink one with the bow. Love them!

Ahhhh! You guys! Stop tempting me. The Walmarts in Mexico usually don't carry doggie clothes and when they do, the clothes is so stiff and coarse that I would never wear it myself, let alone letting my baby wear it. I hate being so far away while all these sales are going on. :(
