Hair growth I have been without computer for several mths, just tired of the issues. But got it taken care of, I am also at a different job and not in front of a computer during the day. Tuff is growing and so his his beautiful hair!!!! but it is somewhat thin. Straight and shinning but thin. Makes brushing in the evenings better.:-) he is taking to the ponytail ok, as long as I don't get it to tight. When will his hair be full length? He will be a year old on Thanksgiving day and his hair is mid length. Is this normal growth, slow or fast? |
He sounds like Roxy. She's almost 1 yo. Hair grows painfully slow, not a lot of it, silky & looks good. I'd like it to grow faster, but haven't found the secret to that. One good thing is only one trip to groomer & that was mainly just for her introduction to it. Since then there's really been no need. Have kept her butt trimmed & a little trimming on the face myself w/scissors. Many yorkies have thicker, faster growing hair. Welcome to yt! |
I'm lucky on the grooming status I used to groom way back when and have clippers, I got Tuff used to that at an early age. His body is longer than either of his folks, but we don't have tummy issues. He has grown to 6 lbs or under a bit. Love him to death. I told my husband I've never loved a dog this much before. His personality is awesome. I want a little girl but hate to share affection. How goofy is that, we have a Boston Terrier (daughter's) a pill and dosen't play well with others wants all the attention (especially from my husband). An Aussie (son's) who get's along great with Tuff. Tuff however is all mine, everyone knows that he is top dog including him hahaha. :-) Happy to be back on YT. |
