Hello and update from Robin Crews
 

Hello every yorkie lover. I am sorry for not communicating for a few days, I have been so busy with my 2 girls and all my legal happenings (my divorce and business with Kim Hinkle).

Wanted to let you readers know that I emailed and left a phone message for Kim Hinkle of myelegantpaws and informed her that as of yesterday, I would be imposing a 10% penalty for everyday that my $4000.00 wasn't in my hands.

She is not going to get by with fraud and theft any longer. I will persue this thing to the end and I don't care how long it takes!

My husband is a Physician, and I informed her that I could hold out financially in court much longer than she can, and I will.

My atty. says that I definately have a good case against Kim and we will do everything possible to shut her down. The GREAT news is, my atty. is also a huge dog lover and he is not charging me to do this work! Isn't that wonderful? There truly are decent people that also don't appreciate kids being used to gain money!!!!!

My daughter continues to cry over Prince and I just explained to her the best way that I could that there are people out there that are not honest people and that they use people to their advantage to gain money.

As I said, I apologize for not getting on here sooner, just overwhelmed right now with everything that is going on.

If anyone else has anything they want me to know about how badly Kim has treated them, just email me with your' facts and I will get them to my atty.

I have many more places to go in order to inform people about this unethical person and trust me when I say that I am working deligently on this.

I am so glad that you are not letting her get away with this,it really takes a heartless person to do this to any child. I am a grandmother to a child who has autism and i love him dearly, I can not imagine someone could be so cruel. good luck& wishing you the best
