Best Stroller I am looking for a good stroller to buy for Satch.I like the looks of the Happy Trail stoller that is found on e-bay.It has a canopy, front and back enclosures,8 inch wheels for rough terrain and a pouch under the seat for carrying supplies.Does anyone know of a better one or a good used one for sale? Thanks :aimeeyork |
http://www.lakeside.com They have one, not sure how it is, but I was thinking about it for Princess. :) |
I have the happy Trails and love it. Has cup holders and a basket....I use mine a lot and it looks like a baby stroller but it is entirely enclosed so they cannot jump out and if you get the cover they can't be seen either...so sweet! Worth every penny!!!! |
We have fun with our two 5 lb. yorkies in their navy colored Fifth Avenue Kittywalk deluxe SUV stroller, it also can be used as a carrier, and the base can be a luggage carrier also. It has compartments and a tray to carry their supplies. The front or back opens and it has 2 heart shaped blinking safety lights. Its light weight and folds. We find it very handy when traveling, camping, or just whenever. They love the freedom to be in or out of their little house. You can see it at http://www.kittywalk.com . Everyone we meet thinks thats the best stroller they've ever seen. Our girls get to be comfortable on all outings. OH, it has a white faux fur lining on the bottom, unless you want to cover it with some doggie prints material like I did for the summer, or to match any event. The wheels are big enough to be comfortable on all surfaces. Check it out, its well worth having! |

Love the Pink SUV one!! |
The PINK one is really nice too, but we figured "the girls" drew enough attention without the bright color and the darker one would be much easier to keep clean. The idea that they can be free inside makes them very comfortable to be in the mesh area or inside the "house" area. Sometimes one will be inside laying down. They also have covers for them I believe. I've made a mosquito/bug net for ours. At home its opened for them to use as they please. The older goes in there when it thunders and as soon as I say " time for a walk", both automatically go inside and are ready to go !! Its been fun ! :D |

I really need it too, as I want to take Princess for walks, and she can't go as far as I can. I need to get back into walking if I'm ever going to make the Avon 3 Day walk again. It's a really long walk, but so very worth it! :) |
Mustangbee, I know you'll love it when it arrives, its just right for California style travel and strolls. Its well worth having! Our girls are so happy in theirs and I'm sure Princess will love hers too. Send a picture here when you get it. Good Luck and a lot of happy walks are coming your way with Princess! |

I just loved it because it matches my car.( I have a Zink Yellow Mustang, with a Black top :) ) But I ordered the pink one, because it looks like a better one. Oh, my son came in and I showed him what I ordered, he thinks I'm nuts!!!! LOL, What a kid! He know's I have to train for the 3 day walk. Princess would slow me down, Not anymore!! :) I'll post a picture when I get it. I'm so excited! Thanks Again!!! :aimeeyork |
This is the link to the Yellow one! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1 |
No, Princess won't slow you down ! She'll love being with you , safe and secure too. I think the pink one is a better quality one also as it has the pet enclosed with the mesh, no big dogs can come up to them and snap at them, they can always go into their little house section. Our two are very comfortable and happy with theirs and feel safe from the big pets. I know someone who has the pink one and they just love it too ! |
I looked at several strollers to use to take my parti babies out for showing off. They are 8 weeks old now and will begin the outside part of their socialization. I decided on a base model because I will not be doing a lot of walking so the colors, cup holders and such did not add anything to the puppies comfort and I didn't feel the extra cost of the add-ons was justified for me. Also, if I decide to sneak them into the mall, the more simple their stroller, the less attention they will draw and the likelihood of being asked to leave will be reduced. I am not saying anything negative about the ones y'all have described but I want to point out that some are very affordable if you choose to look into them.. My babies were happy as clams yesterday in theirs. We went to a Yorktoberfest and saw a bezillion Yorkies and so many were in strollers and carriers. They do give the owner more options.... |

Bless you for taking part in the three day AVON walk. We sponsor someone every year and they do so well with the donations. Thanx to all of you who work for a cause.. |
