I'm so embarassed We met a couple that had 2 little girl yorkies. I bragged on my little furbaby telling them how sweet and loving she is and hardly ever barks. So today they come over for a play date. My Ginger really showed herself. She barked and growled and barked some more. She was playing and the other 2 were playing with her but they were not barking and growling. When I take her out to the park, car shows and other places she behaves and doesn't bark. Do you think it is a territorial thing since they came to her home? Donna and Ginger |
I think she was just so happy being with friends she could play with instead of going to some old car show that she was shouting out with Joy...:D |
Lol. She likes car shows because there are people there that always pet her and tells her how adorable she is. |
Probably a territorial thing. And just like kids as soon as you brag about them they turn around and prove you wrong!!!lol |
My two tiny terrors do exactly the same thing...take them out they behave perfectly, let someone come into their house and :eek:OMG you would think they were gonna bite somebody's leg off or something..I agree it's probably territorial. My MIL wont even come in until she makes sure they are in my arms cause they kinda go after her.. maybe that's not such a bad thing!LOL |
