Hi all, we are new here...
 

I just wanted to stop by and say hi, that my Yorkie Nick and I are new here, I have added pictures of him here. What brought me to the Message board was, I was looking for yorkies and bee stings. He was stung a few days ago on his right paw and it flipped me out. He is doing great now like it never happened so I am guessing that it wasn't to bad. Which I am very greatful. I just love and adore my babies. I also have a Shih-tzu too. Rocky. They get along great!!

I hope to become a regular here!! Looks like a cool place!! I am glad that I found it!!

Yea it really scared me. I felt so bad when he yelped I just assumed that it was Rocky playing a little to rough with him. So I hollerd at Rocky to be easy. Well I continued doing the laundry, and I cam up on the landing and saw my poor baby sitting there with his little right paw in the air, and he was crying :confused:! I instantly put the basket of clean clothes on the steps and picked him up. I then saw Rocky jump back real fast, so I went out to see what he was jumping over, and there it was a yello jacket. I then told Rocky to back up, and shockingly he did and I steped on the bee smooshing it. I then went about looking all over Nicky to see where the bee got him. He kept favoring his right paw. So I took both my boys in and I washed up Nicky's paw as he kept crying. I felt so bad I almost started crying myself. So I stuck him on his little bed and he layed there licking his wounded paw. I went out and looked where the smoshed bee was and saw that the stinger was still attached to the bee, so he must have just brushed his foot with the stinger. My poor baby. Now every time he lets out a yip I am at attention. I will check out the link for sure, thanks for sharing it with me. :D

Thank you all for your posts to mine, I think I am going to love it here!! I made a reply to abbies mom, and I don't know where it went lol. Maybe I hit the wrong button. It wouldnt be the first time I goofed something up lol.

Welcome!!! Glad Nick is ok now. If one of your dogs ever has an allergic reaction to a bee sting you can give them a little benydryl.
