Bella vs. baby bunny My sister recently got this baby bunny who I've been wanting to meet and introduce bella to. Well, when Bella met him, she was wagging her tail like she's all excited (yet licking her mouth like crazy). When I was ready to put the bunny back, I had the bunny's back facing Bella and in that second, Bella snapped at the bunny's behind and got his hair all in her mouth. Couple days later, my sister brought her bunny over and I told her to put him in Bella crate while Bella runs around the house (to be safe). Well, little Bella sat watching the bunny and licking her lips the whole time. Has anyone have this happened? Are your yorkies ok with other little pets. Bella is 4.5 lbs and this bunny was probably 1 lb...super small! |
Yes Chance has been around my cousins hamster. She never gave it a second thought. I was very surprised because I thought she would try to get it. |
1 Attachment(s) They are terriers and were bred to go after vermin, so the prey drive is high in some. Other's could care less. My sweet little Annie B, who was the most gentle and kind dog, turned into a fierce lion of a hunter as soon as a bunny or bird was spotted. Look at this face...Attachment 293098 ...is this the face of a killer? Yet if she could, she'd of torn them limb from limb. Boo, rough and tumble boy that he is, never even gives them the time of day. I'd say you have yourself a right fine, first class little hunter. :p |
Everytime I let my bird out to stretch his wings Bailey goes nuts trying to catch him! |
Luckily Lola doesn't try to hurt my parrot. He puts her in check so she thinks twice before coming near him for a snack lol |
