Sisters - so different (teeth) Hi - My MIL and I both had a puppy from the same litter, Bluebell (mine) and Poppy (hers). They are very different in personilty, size and lots of ways! But something that we noticed with Poppy's teeth is that they are much yellower than Bluebelle's, quite discoloured. On the two "canines" (not sure what they are called in dogs, but the pointy ones in the corner of the mouth) have really discoloured tips. Bluebelle's, in contrast are really pearly white. We are both using Petzlife gel, probably I use it less on Belle than Poppy has! Not sure what to think - any ideas? Thanks Jeannette |

Are they both fed the same food? does one get table food? That might make a difference. |
LOL! Er, yes, they are both fed Orijen primarily, with a mixture of James Wellbeloved, which is a fairly good food in the UK... Poppy has been a bit more sickly, just normal "childhood" stuff that Belle recovers from quickly. But Poppy has been fed chicken and rice when she had upset tummies...still Belle gets a bit of that as well when she is there. Poppy does live with a JRT that has IAMS (its the only food she can eat) and she maybe steals a bit of that from time to time... That's it really! |
