Trash Digger! Help
 

:mad: So last night I put the trash on the patio, so DH can take it out this morning.. Stupid me I should have just took it out!!

Anyways not EVEN thinking about it DH let Peanut out on the patio this morning... :mad: All of a sudden Peanut runs in the house all excited and looks to me like he did something GREAT!!

Well I go out there :eek: OMG The little terd, he dug a hole in the trash bag and took a chicken breast out of it!! :eek: The chicken was sitting in his bed out on the patio!!

Thank god he didnt eat the whole thing bc #1 it was like a week old #2 he ad bbq sauce on it.. I saw how much he ate and it was like a teaspoon amount..

Erghh...I am the do do bird bc it is my fault! I never would have thought Peanut would do something like that lol... he has never ever done anything like that so I know now that he is a trash digger!!!



Do you guys think I should be concerned about the chicken he ate?
I had the chicken in the fridge..its like a week 1/2 old and it was sitting out there for a day 1/2 and a night.. and I saw a tiny bit of mold on it but he didnt get to that part...

He is at work with me and he isnt acting strange and he ate some of his dog food and water... So I am thinking if anything wont he just get a really bad tummy ache?? any suggestions?

i think you would have found out by now. With tiny tummies the result would have been quick,just be thankful there were no bones.:)If you want a job doing do it yourself lol
I presumed the chicken was cooked?

That little rat!!!:D I have a garbage eater also. My Coco will open any bag I out down even for a minute. I always have to make sure it is in the pail. He is such a fresh boy!!

I would think if he is acting fine he should be fine. Pretty much too late now ya know? I would just keep an eye on him.

:D Yes it was cooked!! Little terd!! Yeah next time I will just take out the trash myself!! Just for that Peanut will have to walk with me!! lol

LOL Priceless moments huh!! You Peanut has never showed any interest any the trash can, or anything like that, but you know what I just rememberd is I told DH that we are not going to be giving him any table food items anymore!! After the last scare at the vet thinking peanut may of had pancreatitis I told DH no more!! Just the thought of Peanut having that scared me to death!! The vet told us no more table foods!! So we havent been giving him anything and Peanut LOVES his chicken that daddy gives him!!
I will say I see Dh still giving him bites of string cheese..and some cottage cheese but thats ok. Just no major things, DH loves wheat thins and so does Pnut so I had to cut him off on those too!! Those are really bad..so salty!!
So now that he isnt getting all the stuff he was getting he is getting frusrated and turned into a wild trash digger!! lol

I have to take pnut in for his recheck apt today after work.. I already called the vet hehe they said just watch him..and the dr will look him over when he comes in.. I am sure he is fine, I just thought he would get a tummy ache.. The chicken didn't have any bones thank god for that!
