T-Shirts for Kansas meetup
 

Emily and I have been thinking it might be a cute idea to get t-shirts made for the meetup. We wanted to run this by you guys to see if you wanted to get one. We dont know a price yet we just want to make sure everyone wants one and what type of design. Emily had the idea of putting our yorkies face on it and saying something like "Where is Toto now" or soemthing like that. So if you want to do that or have a different idea please reply. If you like Emily's idea post a picture of your yorkie that you would like on the shirt and we will put them all together on photoshop or something, just let me know. The sooner the better so we can get them ordered.

I like Emily's idea. I couldn't post a picture until tonight, though. :D

Staci will have to post mine...cuz I don't do that very well...just ask her. But first I have to get one I like. Hope to see you all soon.

I think that's a cool idea!! I don't know how to post pics on here either :rolleyes: , but I can put the link up if you guys decide to make the shirts. But I don't think my husband will be interested in wearing one, so I only need 1 shirt! lol! :D

I didn't figure any of them would be so I was just going to get them for us. Glad to hear everyone thinks it's a good idea...now I have to talk to the people to find out how much and to make sure they can get them done in time. Do we want White Shirts or a color?

any particular color..it will need to be light so the picture will show up good. It's whatever you guys think. Just let me know.

I checked on shirts today and I need to know by the first of the week what we want, what sizes and how many we need. I have two options and depending on what we want depends on price. As soon as I get my notes straight I'll post what our options are and you all can give me your opinions. You can pm me if you have any questions. Sorry if I don't make sens but I'm tired and had to pull an open to close shift at work today. Thanks guys!!! I appreciate it.

ok..I think I'm with the program now...we have 2 options:
1) A collage with all our adorable babies on the front and some type of wording on the back
2)A simple single color screen print of a yorkie on whatever color shirt we want with some type of wording on the back

Ok....now #1 will cost between $20-$25 per shirt #2 will cost about $9-$10

There's a catch if we order 12 shirts we don't have to pay the screen fee or whatever they call it..I can't remember...he did not tell me how much that was but he did say that even if we didn't need twelve and we needed around 7 it would be cheaper.
He has every color of shirt imaginable...so we can have whatever color we want and if we all wanted different colors that would be ok too as long as he doesn't have to change ink colors
I have to give him a list of what we want next week so if you could all get back to me asap that would be great.

As you all know I am not a very good decison maker AT ALL, and we dont want to get something no one likes. So as much input as possible is very much appreciated. Thanks. I have a hard enough time trying to pick out what to wear everyday. lol. I cant design a shirt. hehe :p

I think a collage would be very nice. I want to add that I know some of you are strapped college kids ;) and cash is tight, so I would be very happy if you wanted to go the least expensive route. OK? :D

So what you're saying is that either one is ok for you? Yay someone who is going to be easy!!! I'm not used to that. Yes, I need to know how many and what sizes & colors to get, then we'll go from there. So if you have a preference let me know..or everyone will get stuck with what Staci and I pick out...and she likes pink. :D Just let me know if you definitely want one, what size and how we want to do them and I'll get them ordered. YAY!! We are getting some where. I woud order two, and send one tom my mom. I like the collage to but I was not sure if anyone wanted to spend that much. Maybe we should put it on a grey or blue shirt. Not sure which.

If we do the collage and you want your babies on the shirt I need a picture. I already have Karen's picture, which is adorbale by the way. :D

Shirts are a good idea...but I CANNOT afford it!!! I don't want to bring down the mood...you guys go ahead and get shirts!!!

We were also thinking that maybe a darker color wouldn't show the picture as well. What do you guys think, just to be on the same sie maybe we should pick a lighter color.

I think so too. I really don't think the picture will show very well on a dark shirt, we can do the screen print in white on a dark colored shirt but I don't think we should try the picture on one. I just think it will look awful.

How about grey?

just a suggestion but how about orange shirts....and have pics of the pups in halloween costumes??? or white shirts to be plain?

We still would like Gracie to be on the shirt since she will be there. :D

Hey guys. I need your orders this weekend if possible, I will be really busy so if you have any questions pm Staci, she should be able to answer them. I have kept her pretty well informed of what I need. I decided to go to my class reunion so I'll be busy with that and taking my kids to the carnival here in town. I'll check in when I can so if anyone needs anything I can try to help. Are grey shirts ok with everyone? (I don't mind grey, I don't think I own a grey shirt yet.) If not let me know. I will also need addresses sent to me so I can see about mailing them to you all when I get them. Unless you just want to pick them up when you get here, but I figured everyone would want theirs before they got here. Also what do we want to say on the back? I'm going to try to place the order by Tuesday. Since we don't need extra shirts we wil have to pay the processing fee, but like I said I don't know how much that is...unless anyone has any suggestions on how to get around it.

Heather-we really would like Gracie on the shirt too, pleeeease.

Staci-you've been so busy helping me get this all together you haven't given me a size yet:)
