YUP This is his first bow ever lol I don't really know how I feel about it lol ....

Is it just me or is his face getting lighter??

Oh I love it, his coloring reminds me of Joey; he was really light when he was younger. Does the bow have a little skeleton on it, it looks so cute, and masculine!

Yes it has a little skull on it haha.

Peanut is 2 so I am not sure if they still change in color at that age..maybe it is just the light.. To me in this pic he looks really light Strange!

Joey is soo cute!! I wuv him!! He reminds me of peanut! LMAO speaking of joey I was talking to dh about peanuts halloween custume...we were thinking of ideas and Joey the spider came to my mind and I had to show DH Joey's spider custome!! OH MY GOSH he LOVED IT he said it was the best that he has ever seen :D He thought it was really cool!! He also said that you are very talented..Yes -I want to thank you too..on the note of dh telling me how talented you are..he looked at me and said "why cant you make something like that" lol I was like uhh I am not that talented lol :p

Joey was almost white the first year, and then his head turned light beige, and now it's a little darker at three, it's funny they change so much, the first few years. Oh thanks for the comments on Joey's costume, it wasn't even that hard, and I really lucked out, I was thinking about making the legs out of some type of material and another member here, Bchgirl said she saw Halloween spiders at Walmart. I just cut the legs down a little and Velcroed the spider to a black hoodie, I was so glad she thought of this, cause I was racking my brain on how to make the legs. I'm in the process of making a Halloween video with all last years YT Halloween costume entrants, and it's just amazing the costumes they came up with, there are some really clever people at Yorkietalk. The video will be coming sooooon!

I didn't thinking putting a bow in a boy's hair was allowed? I mean i guess whatever the owner wants to do. My sister has a male yorkie and she will not put bows in his hair. I have a girl so she's dolled up always. But i'm so suprised to see a bow in a boy's hair.

Hahaha "allowed" that sounds silly sorry...You can do whatever you want to your yorkie...A lot of YT'ERS put bow's in the male yorkies hair.. I think it looks cute, if it is a "boy bow" not like a girly one...but I think this will be peanuts only bow lol.. I don't like it that much :rolleyes: on him I have seen other boys with bows and it looks DARLING!

so those of you with male yorkies and put their hair in bows: how did you convince husbands/wives/significant others that it was an alright thing for a boy to have his hair in a bow? Joey and Tank would benefit from not having that hair in their faces, and I always make them look goofy when I get frustrated and chop it off. I have suggested a bow or at least rubber banding it, but my husband pretty much freaks out at the thought of his boys in bows. any suggestions? also, how do you guys cut the hair that goes down into their faces to help with the issue?

Well...My DH doesn't like the fact of the bow..he thinks it is cute..but he doesn't like it. I don't think it is wrong for a boy to have a bow in his hair..if it is a boy's bow..not a girly one...

Yeah you can always get a little rubber band and tie up the hair in that...Would he mind about that? I keep peanuts hair in "puppy cut" its not too short but its not all in his eyes and face either.. When you go to the groomers just tell them to trim the hair so its not in the face/eyes

yeah, I think I might just put a little rubber band in there, and hope dh doesn't get too frustrated with it, haha. About going to the groomer...I'm WAY to cheap to pay $40 for each dog's haircut, so I do it myself. Granted I don't get a professional job, but I save a whole lot of money...
