Biewer? Porter? Help Me! This may be a stupid question however I am going to ask it anyway. What are "biewer" yorkies and "porter" yorkies? What is the differance of these two? I know I looked at some biewer yorkies (very pretty) and I saw they where/are white, red, and other colors. I know AKC will only allow tan/gold, gold/black, black/tan, & blue/tan (same goes for Yorkshire Terrier Club of America). I have read that yorkies with other colors may not be a purebreed and/or health issues..... so I really don't understaind. I am not trying to step on nobody's toes here...just would like to know more about this if anyone can help me....thanks!:aimeeyork |
I've heard of Biewer yorkies and your right about them being mostly white with tricolor markings. But I've never ever heard of a porter yorkie  |
