ok guess let me update you on whats going on i wont be geting back all my money, due too the fact i am in contact with a lawyer..and he has found out that the purebredbreeder.com has no compliant..and that the breeders are dealing with just breeders however there past like has nothing too do with them they deal with there current life..people that have chatted with me know that i am new too this site, new too becoming a yorkie owner,parent..people that don't please read my story concerning the company it's alot too explain all over again..Well as for Mr. Manners breeder..Tammy Hurliman from Ok theres alot of past storys concerning
her and her Husband Dwayne, and the past case concerning Little Ramsy, Bambi,case in regard too that couldnt be penpoint that the Hurlimans Kennles was too blame for the death of little Ramsy..however i believe they did.. Tammy claims she and Dwayne, or no longer together.. the Lawyer has this poof of her papers however right down to the breeding certificate all is in Tammys name so I blaim her more for any complaints..
Well Tammy claims Dwayne was a horrible kennle owner..however she no longer lives in that house where they have the hurliman club and lambs, Dwayne dose live there still.. however when i checked with usda, Tammys, names on licence not Dwayne, but she claims they are not together and she moved out but Dwayne lieing and pretends they are together i dont believe any of this..i believe they are but whatever.
geting back too the situation i cant get my money back all the money, i spent 1,239 i will get back only 639 after the 500 cancel fee.and 100 charge for Health Cert, and flight upfront cost are upfront charges included and the 1,239 so that leaves me with nothing.. i cant afford too lose all my money..due too there contract. so my option is to walk away from my husbands hard working money..it took him a while too save up
however i do have the choice to get another dog which the lawyer, states they can't due much on a company that has no past problem or complaints however if they have current complaint's also a horrible file on the BB then theres a problem..then i would be able too get back the full refund, but not in these case..so i had too get another pet ..instead. of mr manners so here he is.. please understand i've have done everything i could i have no other choice but i have too look at it as positive prospective, and think of it this way if the animal by a wonderful breeder thats great but if its by a bad one i resque him...this is him on purebredbreeders.com number check it out Puppy ID # 144073

If your going to lose that much money I would just take the pup and look at it like a rescue also. There are alot of us that got pups in less than ideal circumstances.

I agree with Chachi. You've already sent and spent the money. I would just go along and take the pup home to be your baby. A lot of us (me included) didn't get their pups from the best places in the beginning, we live and learn.

i agree as well. You did everything you could once you figured out what was really going on. I applaud you for this because there have been others in the past who knew they were getting a puppy from a mill or byb and didn't care that they were supporting these terrible places. You came on here, and learned all about it, and wanted to do something. You tried and that's all anyone can ask.

I'm proud of you for seeing what your options are, and it looks like you don't have any, except to lose a lot of money. Unfortunately, you often have to be rich to pursue legal recourse in this country. I hope the pup you get will be really healthy, and you can put this matter behind you, but your story is still important, and you can warn people to not put money down on a dog, until they have checked out the breeder. Good breeders won't rush you into putting money down.
