I did get your email. When you can get back to me. I am here.... I know you are very sad right now...... Praying for you ... sweetie you did not need to dread getting in touch with me... Yes I was shocked and upset...but after I sat back it is just facts accidents happen... this may not be the place to put this but I am going to do so... 3 yrs ago I had my wonderful show horse Sara .. oh I was in a rush had to be at the stupid hospital .. I saw she was out but I figured not going to stop she will be ok until we get back... well she wasn't by the time we got back she had snapped her leg and I had to sign the papers to end her life actually there were several members here at YT that consoled me for days after that ... So see even those of us that have had animals forever and no better on what not to do still can be involved in an accident... I know how hard it was for you to be able to get Hunter and I don't know why but they say God has reasons for everything, why this I have no clue, just remember the love and pleasure you had in the short time they were with you .. please do not dread talking to me. not ever...

I just gave mine an extra hug after reading your story I am so very sad for you. Mine got away tonight when I turned my back and I paniced I cannot imagine your grief. God bless you am praying for you and your children.

Yes i got your mail. I just felt absolutely horrible about all this. He was such a SWEET boy, like no other dog ive had. You raise wonderful dogs, and i was so sad to tell you the news.

I am so completly lost without them.

It's not fair. I feel so sad for you. I wish that there's something that I could do to help you through this hard time. I am so far away...but I hope that you know I am always around for a chat if you need one.

We are all torn, and to make matters worse, we are supposed to pick up Dylan (hubby's new chi) next week. I know he really wants this dog, but im still hurting so bad over my babies. Maybe it will help us recover, or make things worse. I dunno :confused:

Thank you everyone. Your prayers are very warming to me and my children. The pain is still so raw. I really just dont know how to deal with it. Im not usually so emotional, but these two guys were my world!

I don't know what to say, except I'm so sorry you and your family are going thru this. truly devastating. The healing process will be slow. Hopefully the new Chihuahua will bring you some smiles and ease some pain.

I think the new puppy will really help the kids to deal with this. It will give them something else to focus on. I'm sure that Maci being pregnant right now, she isn't very snuggly or playful with the kids. A puppy will bring a new joy to your home. You already planned on getting this Chi, so it's not like you are looking to replace Macy or Thom. I would still get the new puppy if I were you.

P.S. I'm only sweet because I like ya :)

Im sure it will help the kiddos, never thought of it that way. And i couldnt back out now, DH has those big blue puppy dog eyes, and hes dead set on this boy. Im sure once i heal, my turn will come up :) But for now, im just not ready.

I know how you feel. It took me 2 yrs after my last dog was PTS before I wanted another pup. I feel so bad for you and your family. :(

I feel for you! :( My thoughts are with you tonight. It's been going on 3 weeks since our 4 year old cockapoo got ran over (by my step-dad) and we are still missing her every day. It's gotten easier but you will never forget. My thoughts are with you!
