Ask her to send you a picture of one of the puppies with a name by it like your user name or a made up name. That's how you know, I got an email a while back almost similar. But you never know. The person I was talking too freaked out when I asked so I just never emailed them back. And remember, don't ever, send anything or pay for anything in cameroon or nigeria as most of those are scams. :D

In the email she sent me she didnt use my name...Even the one I sent her said I already had a yorkie...and its like she still sent me the whole spill of the yorkies...I dunno seems a little off!!

Seems very off to me. Any good breeder will tell you there is no such thing as a teacup yorkie and will not use that phrase. Do you know where they are located? I would ask for the address and google it. Did that before and turned out the address was a school in some random city.

Yes, this is a scam. I just had a run in with a scammer, they read almost word for word.

Ypu that's a scam, they want your adress then they send you theres and its usually in Nigeria or something weird. I had one in Washingotn that sounded so real and then they kept "moving" :rolleyes:

i replied t one on gumtree, like craigs list, cos i had heard about the scams on the radio, 1st email a big sob story, 2nd email, could i pay a fee for shipping as they had to move, 3rd email a telephone no, i replied back i could travel to collect the pup as distance was no problem, i havnt heard back ,i wonder why!!!!:thumbdown

i had one of those scams come across my world too, i got the whole, i don't have any pups right now but i know this missionary that wants to give his pups to a new home because the weather there isn't stable for them...the missionary had a really strange name too. i got their emails and politely declined that i wanted to have a pup that was not shipped to me and they wanted like 900 for shipping costs, more than i paid for my current dog.

While I was searching for my first baby - i got the same thing from an online classified ad. almost word for word. they get you to wire money to them then all the sudden they have problems at the "airport" and need you to send them more to fix it, and so on and so on. needless to say that when you realize your being scammed theyve already gotten the money and theres no way to get it back because of the laws where they live. heres a website that is up for people to learn more about cameroon pet scammers.
Identify and Avoiding the Cameroon Pet Scammers there are places that you can add there email address to so as to help other people not to get scammed by the same person! this is a business for them. they believe the "white man" in america owes them something therefore its okay to scam us out of our money! a**holes!!

You could say you work as a flight attendant for any airlines and have free travel anywhere in the USA. Tell them your not comfortable without meeting the puppy in person and you could be there tomorrow with the money. What is their address????
