:(This makes me so sad, I also emailed her, I tried to make it as kind as possible and added the url to a couple info sites hoping that she will look at them and learn something or be scared that she might loose her baby. I really hope that she changes her mind:( |

why isnt this horrible ad taken off yet? call me crazy but is that dog wearing gold earrings?? |
I would like to think it was a prank listing, but I am afraid it probably is for real. Poor little girl! Hope she makes it through what her owner has planned.:( |

Oh my!! She is wearing earrings. :( |
Well hopefully someone emailed her with the intention of educating her rather than telling her how crazy she is... And why is the dog wearing earrings? I am going to have to go back and look again.. |
Earrings on a dog??? I never heard of that before. I didn't notice that before on her pictures. |
Arghhhh!! 2 Attachment(s) i went back to the ad to double check on the pictures to make sure i wasn't seeing things when i said she is wearing earrings. i didnt know you could enlarge the pictures! AND THAT CONFIRMED that she is wearing earrings:eek: thats so dangerous! they are bedazzled hooped ones with plenty of room for them to get caught and tear right off her ears!!:mad::mad:! well... i sure hope this is just some sick joke or else she earned herself a few annoying prank calls from me. i wanted to confront her but didnt gather enough courage when it started dialing so just ended up calling her a few times and hanging up. sigh |
Wow, do you think they could be reported for animal cruelty for the ear piercing thing? Like to the SPCA? I would love to see that. |

I hope she isnt really going to breed a 2 pounder :( And I also hope that this is the first time she has tried to find a stud for such a small dog. |

The woman wants to breed a 2lber and for all intents and purposes I think it's okay to say it's "retarded". Sooooooooo, maybe the woman thinks it's okay? Maybe she thinks, for example, that a hamster has babies and they're smaller than 2lbs...:questione |
Are you kidding me, a 2 pounder. I'm not a pro but I know that she is way to small to breed. She is the size of a guinea pig. |
I too am sorry that I used the word "retarded" in my post. I was not saying the person is retarded, but what she is wanting to do is. I will be more careful of my word choice though. I am so sorry to anyone that it may have offended. I would never intentionally do that. :( |

You women are very understanding and so nice. Thank you for understanding my point, I appreciate that  |
I got a reply from her, this is not a joke. So I just prey that everything goes as well as possible and that her little girl is ok. It makes me sad and angry but I don't think that there is much more we can do to change her mind. Just hope for the best for the little girl. Oh and I am not at all imressed by the earings:( Here is the response that I got. Hi! I'd like to thank you first of all, and the second her mother even smaller then her and she is having puppies regularly. We already went to the doctor, she said she will be fine. Best regards, Yuliya |
:mad:Sounds like she's thinking about money. That is animal cruelty plain and simple. Quote:

Seems to me that all this lady is seeing is $$$$$$$$$$$:mad::mad: |

I guess that is it...Not much more we can do.:( Hi! I'd like to thank you first of all, and the second her mother even smaller then her and she is having puppies regularly. Her earrings loops are safe, doctor did it. she is having it for 2 years now. Best regards, Yuliya |
Does she have a web-site???? Curious... |

I doubt any animal s advocates would hit a stone wall to as laws do not protect against breeding too small. The piecings would probably be viewed as less invasive than tail cropping so doubt they would do anything about that either. What seems like cruelty to many of us, just is not protected against by the law. I am usually not one for more laws but common sense just does not seem to be doing the trick any more. |

I am glad you found the ad and shared it on YT. It is repulsive. Such a cute and adorable little yorkie too :( How sickening to see the poor little dog wearing earrings , and going to be bred at 2lbs. The owner has a loose screw or two :thumbdown:thumbdown |
Hi! I\'d like to thank you first of all, and the second her mother even smaller then her and she is having puppies regularly. Her earrings loops are safe, doctor did it. she is having it for 2 years now. I got the same reply, but I replyed back to her and told her she was ignorant for even remotely thinking about breeding a 2lb yorkie....She replyed that her yorkies come from European and they are different than the ones here in the US....So I replied back that that is just geography, a 2lb yorkie from ANYWHERE is to small to breed....waiting to see what she says know Mary Best regards, Yuliya[/QUOTE] |
