Does weight really tell how big it would be
 
Like me and another person can weigh the same but I can be taller(bigger) than that person:rolleyes:
Or if that dog has more muscle, the muscle can make his weight more

yes, if the dog is stocky or has more muscle then the dog will weigh more. Tucker is the exact same height as my toy poodle, but he weighs twice what she does. He is 9 pounds and she is around 4. He is not fat at all, just really cobby and solid. It all depends on the parents and their parents.. etc..on how big a dog will be, a 10 pound dog is still a small dog, Tucker is only 7 inches tall, that to me is still really small.

Why are you so worried about how much Munchie weighs if he is healthy and happy? 10-12lbs is still a small dog, you don't have to be freaked out if Munchie keeps growing. Won't you love him anyway? You keep on complaining about this and it is rubbing me the wrong way that you just seem so focused on the way he looks. Its like you are implying that bigger yorkies are inferior or something, which is not true at all. I've seen his pictures, he is an adorable dog, so just be happy that you have such a sweetheart.

Now I'm not yelling at you, or accusing you of anything, but you did put two similar threads out in two days so obviously this issue is important to you. If you are going to be happy with Munchie you need to accept that fact that all yorkies turn out differently and just stop worrying about it.

A pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle. A pound is a pound. The difference is muscle is more dense and appears smaller. Height in yorkies really doesn't have an bearing on weight. Some show yorkies are very leggy...and are still under the 7 pound standard.

I found all my dogs had growth spurts at the 6 - 8 month age....

Yes I would love him anyways but Im just really curious on the weight issue and not only that but the color as an adult. Not saying this in a bad way but this is the internet and I really dont care if it rubs you the wrong way cause I know you can simply just not click on my post:D

Yep, I think that body structure can make a difference as to their weight/size and how large they appear to be.

What is Munchies build like?

O he's one skinny thing. But one of my friends dog is very built but still small

My Cali weighs the most 5.5 lbs but Roxie who is 4.5 lbs looks bigger because she has really long legs. Pixie is 4 lbs but is tiny looking, she has a rounder body.
