Doggie Sunglasses? Do you use them? I seen come cute doggie sunglasses at the petstore today and must say I loved them. I wonder if Barley would like them. Does anyone own a pair and how well are the liked? |
I have tried to use them on some of my babies and they just don't like them. Maybe you might have better luck. There are some cute ones out there!:p Mary |
That's what I was worried about. But Barley will wear a hat if he's focused on something else. I just hate spending the money if others say their dogs don't wear them either. |
I think glasses would be great. Uni is always hiding from the sun when we are in the car like she's a vampire or something. but then, when we are at home or at the shop, where is she? Sunbathing! I just don't get her! She doesn't like to wear hats, she likes to flip them under her chin and chew on them. |
Carlie got a too cute pair of pink sunglasses for her birthday. She will wear them as long as I am holding her. After that she is chewing on the chin strap. But they are too cute! |
I seen some on ebay. They are like $15! No thanks. Oh here's a funny yorkie wearing glasses and "smoking" a "cigarette". Not my dog, just thought it was funny. LOL |

I really love dressing Missy up. She's clothed almost every single day/night, but I draw the line at bikini's, sunglasses and hats. No offence to anyone who does dress their Yorkies in this apparel. Shoes is the only accessory Missy wears, and only when it's cold out. I don't think she's let me put a pair of sunglasses on her. |
Shelby&Seymour have doggles. They don't wear them too often, but sometimes they will if we are biking and they are facing the sun. (When we bike, they ride in a burley behind the bike). |
Thanks everyone for your responses!! The video was too cute. I held my breath hoping that they wouldn't light that cigarette. What a smart cutie!!! Back to the sunglasses...I was thinking they'd be great for our evening walkies as that's went the sun seems to really be in your eyes, so I'll just have to try them and see. Only when supervised ofcourse as I wouldn't want him chewing them. Thanks again and Happy Saturday :D |

Princess Princess wears sunglasses every once in a while but will not keep them on long. Prince I have not tried.... I think I have a pic of her in her glasses here on my pic. album |

Couldn't resist... 2 Attachment(s) I had to buy Thor some shades after reading this thread. I will say that it was really hard to get them on AND keep the hair out of his eyes.
