Litter box for potty training I read this in a magazine. What do you think |
|
Yes if you have a smaller yorkie it might work for you . I use a big plastic container cover and pee pad. |

Some people here have reported their lil ones try to eat the litter which is not the best for them. Hope someone else can chime in and help you out. Good luck |

do you have to train a cat to use a litter box or does the smell just draw them there. And why do they use a litter box for cats and not dogs |

I am currently using a litter box for my two pups and it is a bit of a mess because the litter is tracked everywhere. I tried the pee pad in the box and they kept sleeping it. I don't really want to use pads as it seems like some dogs start using rugs. So far it is working well except for the litter needing to be picked up constantly. |

Izzie would eat the dog litter so I just put the pee pad in her box and she uses it fine as long as I don't change the brand of pee pad. She stopped using it for awhile when I changed to another brand but when I went back to the brand she likes she started using it again. |

We use the Puphead system. Jaxon was freaked out by the litter pellets! |

I use the RASCAL DOG LITTER BOX COMPANY, LLC HOME PAGE Check it out. It works great. My dog would eat the litter too so that is why I switched. |

Try putting her in an expen with it and food and water only. and maybe her bed. anytime you see her sleeping in it take her out. It may take time but she will stop laying in it and start using it. |

Pottie training indoors I bought a tray on line especially for this pupose and I order wee wee pads on line also. Brady was trained by the breeder before I got him so it was a blessing. |
