What kind of coat gloss does everyone use? I use minksheen to wash Roxy but I need a lusterizer/gloss for combing her afterwards (I dont want her hair to start breaking, now or ever)

Plush Puppy Comb & Shine.

Your baby is a pet and she's probably on furniture, carpet, grass and maybe sleeps with you, you will not be able to prevent breakage of some sort. That can only be done if you put her in a glass cage. Enjoy her and let her be a puppy.

Yeah, I know that some breakage is inevitable but I just dont want a scraggly matted mess ya know? Thanks for the advice

I like EQyss Avocado Mist. It's a light conditioning spray that has a really nice fresh smell. I also use Madan pin brush & it makes Mimi's hair smooth & shiny.

I heard those were good brushes, you sell them correct?? Roxy likes being brushed (even lays on her back for me to get her belly) so I definately need to get one.

Puppy hair is so difficult! I remember brushing Jackson as a little pup, and five minutes later... he'd look like he needed brushed again. So... now, he's shaved at 8 mo. old!

LOL Roxy is a mess too! To make matters worse she became the victim of some spilled juice last night and I dont want to bathe her again because she has already been bathed twice this week (second time was because she went out after it had rained and got muddy, yuck) I wiped her down with a wet washcloth and brushed out most of the stickyness of the juice but she still looks a mess lol.

I use CC Ice on Ice for detangling and conditioning then use a tiny bit of Plush Puppy seabreeze oil for shine

Yes, I do sell the Madans!:D PM me whenever you decide to get one. lol That's soo cute how she lays on her back for you to brush her belly!!

People tease me about it but I use Chi Oil (for human hair) on mine. It works great and gives them great shine. Both of mine lay on their backs for what we call tummy time lol.

I have heard of people using biosilk (also for human hair) but I was not sure how safe it really is. I use it on my hair and it is amazing!!

I was just thinking about trying this on Murphy (I use it on my hair to). I saw something at the pet store that looked exactly like biosilk (the name had the word silk in it but I can't remember exactly what it was). Anyway, my guys have always occasionally chewed on my hair and the biosilk I have in hasn't hurt them. I think I might try just a tiny bit on him.

I recently start using coconut oil. Just a little on the brush.Use very little oil.

It smell good and make their hair SO shiny.
