NOPE!!! I will always have a yorkie in my life thats for sure!

I've never been without a dog. Now that I have Olivia, I doubt I'll ever be without a yorkie. She is exactly what I want in a dog- and more!

No way! We've only had Marty for a month now, but I couldn't even imagine not having a yorkie. In fact, I'm trying to talk my husband into eventually letting me get another one when Marty is grown. I'd love for him to have a puppy to play with!

Nope, I'm pretty sure I'll always have a Yorkie in my life. I just love the breed too much to not have one around. :D

My husband served in Iraq for a year..it was a hard year...in many ways~That given the things that has happened and the lives changed..
I too have changed with them....

Sophie just kind of happend for me..she was meant for me somehow..
I had an intense desire for something different..not another poodle...
I wanted change...
Given that year..nothing was the same..everything had changed..lives changed...I wanted to continue that change..

From the moment I started to search for her..and found my wonderful breeder...it felt instant..it felt like I knew her..knew this puppy..(who was just born!)...just felt right...I felt totally at peace waiting on her...

She is the light in my life right now...her little spirit helps me daily...
I have challenges that rip at my soul...and I have to put on the strong front for many families who look to me for support....but at my home...I have a wonderful lovie named Sophie who helps me so much....

I went to another memorial for a fallen Military Policeman in our unit...Far too many this last year... Lives change on a dime...I've had his young wife on my mind most all of this weekend...they played the song... "I can only imagine" with pics of his life and last days in Iraq...

But...I honestly don't know how to answer that...
I have Sophie and love her tiny body with that huge big heart....She is here for me at this time of unknown certainty that I feel.

I do feel as if I'll always have to have the spirit of a dog in my life...I truly believe they are angels on earth.

But..If I've ever learned anything...its stating what I'll always have in my life..because I know that I can't predict that. I do know...I love, love, my Sophie~
And would be sad to have to live life without that incredible animal bond-

That was a lovely..moving story....its amazing how the love of one small creature can change your life...thank you for that story Annadoodle! I wish I had one of my own right now...life definitely moves in directions we don't anticipate...or desire...thank god for those little rays of light...eh?

I am for some reason overly emotional lately so this thread made me cry! I have to say that I honestly don't know how to answer this. I have never had a pet before Simon and Hallie and I don't know how to lose one either. If I had to answer right now I would say that yes, I would be yorkie-less. I dont' know if I could ever love again without the monkeys! whaaaaaaaaaaaa...........

Oh my! I couldn't imagine any time in my life where I could be Yorkie-less.. Since Harley I've totally fallen head over heals.. In fact.. I believe it's been well over due to find another to join the pack.. :D But that's going to take some more time, money and consideration! But I'm telling ya.. A life w/o Yorkies just isn't worth living! ;) :yorkiesar

I will never be yorkieless. I love them way too much, my life wouldnt be the same with out the love of a yorkie.

I'm not sure that I will always have Yorkies, but I will always have doggies (hopefully 2 or 3). I <3 them all

I think I will always have a yorkie in my life, although, Luig is my 1st pet, ever...and he would never be replaced in my heart. He has truly spoiled me, he has been such a blessing. Any other would never compare, but I couln'timagine not having one of these little devils in my home!!!!!!

Nope I cannot imagine myself without my babies. I adore them and to me they are my real babies.
