not cute lily arrrg!!!! :(i just spend 100.00 plus on the rascal litter box got the extra grass and all. lily has been 99 percent on the pads but i wanted her to go outside also and not have pads laying in the floor .well at first lily just chewed on the grass and played in it. so i put some of her poopy in their she took it out put it on her pad .so i put a pad in there over the grass to try to get her to understand .she takes the pads out. now carries her toys in there and sleeps in it like a bed. of course she has a beautiful bed i got her but she has never slept in it no matter what i do she wont go in it. she wont wear bows or clothes... he..he..hee she is a silly girl and stubborn. |
ow my, this is why we love them so much and have to have a sence of humor. lol:D:p |
My Zena used her pads only occasionally. She liked my IKEA carpets much better! This was during the rainy season when outside access was limited. Now she is a good girl and will go outside on her own if the door is open. If not? She will use my cheap IKEA carpets which are washable. Woof! ~CD |
That made me laugh so hard. I've been wanting to try one of those litter boxes for Roxie too. Thought I'd try to make one so I don't have to spend so much. It would sure be nice to have something in the garage like the litter box for her to go in. She's never liked pee pads either and loves my throw rugs. I have washed the heck out of them. Now that it's nice outside it happens on the throw rugs less. I can't even tell you the last time I cleaned up poop in the house... yay!! When it's cold and or wet out she won't go outside. |
IKIA Carpet??? what is the IKIA carpet, and where can you find it? |

Yep they can be stubborn but oh so cute!! |
:sidesplt::sidesplt::sidesplt: she was probably thinking.. so nice of you to get me a new bed. Thats funny.! |
They DO have a mind of their own, don't they....Your post made me feel better that I don't have the only yorkie on the planet that decides what things are for lol...Apple is quite sure that puddle pads are really "nap pads"...That's why I'm getting the laminate floor next week...I just keep taking her out, as often as I'm able (I work), and hope that she, eventually, gets it...Fortunately, I only work 7 1/2 hrs. and day, and w/driving time, etc., she's home for 8 or 8 1/2 hrs...I'm just waiting for that little bladder to grow and little more...lol... |
We just got ours as well. Gracie uses it like a champ but she also LOVES to lay in it-like grass!! Ugh!!! Loves to lay in there and play with her toys, sleep...whatever. Crazy girl! |
Rascal Dog Litter Box My little baby girl did play and lay in the box when I first received the Rascal Dog Litter Box. I guess that puppies will make toys out of just about anything! I called the company and was given helpful tips on how to train Pearl not to play or sleep in the box. She now uses it on a regular basis. The owner of the Rascal Dog Litter Box is very helpful and takes the time to answer phone calls on training questions. |

What a doll!!! I am not even going to think about one of these for Roxy, she went pee pee outside twice and will NOT do it again. She loves the feel of the grass and thinks it is a nice little bed so I am sure she would do the same thing on the Rascal, then again she likes to sleep on her papers too....well, at least she stopped pooping on her blanket!! Crate training does wonders!! |
lol that was soo funny... pups do have a mind of their own and you cant help but to laugh!! |
:hmmm33:How funny!!!! I was wondering how effective they were. Prince uses potty pads about 99 percent of the time, and I was thinking about getting the Rascal Litter Box, but now I don't know. lol. I guess I should leave well enough alone. |
