Does anyone hold their baby's bully stick for them?? Ugh she is beyond spoiled!!!! She wants me to hold it still for her to that she can chew it better! Anyone else have this problem? I know its my own fault....:rolleyes: Someone needs to invent a bully stick holder that suctions to the floor or something!!!! ;) PS Check out Ella on the Dog Ballot! && Uni too!!!!! I hold Bella's all the time, especially when she's tired. |
Oh yes, Joey insists upon it. He'll come up to me and sit on my lap, and throw the bully stick at my face. He even does this with visitors, but I think it's his way of showing them he likes them. We offer white gloves for them to wear. :D |

My mom started it will Callie as a puppy and now she will grab her bone and jump up in someones lap expecting them to hold it lol thank goodness I fould some that dont stink :) altho she does it with any bone. |
I got Uni the flossies, which are twisted, and she has a hard time holding them, so yes, I have to hold it for her. And she doesn't want to do it on my lap, she wants to do it in the middle of the floor so i have to crouch down on the ground! |

Yep, I'm guilty of that crime :p....Most of the time she'll chew on it all by her big self, but if I've been at work all day, and want to spend some time w/her at the same time she wants to chew her bully stick, then I hold it for her, and she likes it :D...She would be quite content for me to always hold her bully stick, while she chews on it, but I do have other things to do lolol.... |
Pebbles wants Bogey to chew hers for her until it gets soft. He cooperates most of the time. It's my husband that holds the bully for either one of them. It's so funny!!:D |
Usually Misty waits until Mazie, my cocker spaniel, gets it nice and soft then she, Misty steals it. Other times I have to hold it so she can chew on it. Misty's really spoiled! :) |
I have to hold Laya's because if I don't I can't get it back and I like to take it away when it gets too small. If I let go, there's no getting it back!:rolleyes: |
Yup! Marley is spoiled too. I have to hold everything for her. She very rarely ever chews on something herself. She will bring it to you and throw it at you and then sit and look at you like " you gonna hold it for me or what?" I do of course. My DH just recently started holding it for her too. He is wrapped around her little paw now. |
Milo has also trained us to hold his Flossies and bully sticks. When we do not cooperate he has learned to wedge them between the couch cushions...smart but lazy! |
Scooter makes me hold it for him too. He is spoiled but oh well. If you hold it for a little bit and let them get comfortable chewing it, you can normally let go after a while. Thats what I do when Scooter wants me to hold his. He then ust sits in my lap and chews the rest |
yes i do hold the bully stick for lexi sometimes, only if she wants me too. i usually stick in between the 2 couch cushions and that holds it for her lol |
