My baby escapes from his crate Harley is such a little stinker!!! He has one of the round pop up crates that zips. He stays in it while I'm at work and also at night. He has learned to get out of his crate. He punished me for leaving him the other day. He found his way out of the crate and chewed up a new pair of my shoes. I thought maybe my husband didn't zip it all the way but he proved me wrong on that one. He let himself out the next morning and came to my room to wake me up. I get amazed at the things he learns to do and then the things I want him to do he acts like he doesn't understand....such a little stinker! I've outsmarted him for a few days anyway. I zipped the crate up to the other side (it has 2 zippers like a suitcase) and he hasn't figured out how to open it from that side. I'm sure it is only a matter of time. You gotta love'em! |
OMG.....Brandi is freakin Houdini. She can get out of her crate in like 5 minutes flat. One day I cam home from work and there was my little Brandi waiting for me at the door. I thought okay, I didn't close the door to the crate all the way. The very next day the same thing happen. Now I'm like I know I close the door. Then it happened again on the 3rd day. The little stinker figured out how to get out of her crate. So now what I have to do is keep her crate up against the wall so the door can't open. |
If it is mesh or fabric you might want to invest in another one. My Yorkie boys chewed and clawed their way out while I was at work:) The smaller one has even chewed the metal crate to escape. I tried bitter apple spray with no luck. |
whats up with the manufacturers of these crates? Don't they realize they are dealing with SMART YORKIES lol:) |

Jumping My first two Yorkies jumped some, but nothing like Emily. A couple of times she has almost landed on the kitchen counter. It's amazing!:aimeeyork:aimeeyork:aimeeyork |
Oliver is 10 weeks old and climbs up and over his fence. I just don't know what to do with him. He is only 2 lbs and I am worried that he'll get hurt. I take him to work with me so I can watch him. Poor Buttons is home alone, and then the little stinker gets home and all hell breaks loose. Any ideas on how to keep him behind the fence??? |
