When he uses the bathroom on his wee wee pad it gets on his feet I remember seeing something to avoid this but cant remember the name..... Can someone help me out please |
I went to wizdog online and purchased the potty pad holder with a grate that they had. It did take my guy some getting used to.:) |

The wiz dog is like a glorified pad holder. What makes it better is that it has a grate over the top of the pad so the pee passes through it instead of staying right by their feet. |
My little guy didn't like the feel of the grate on his feet at first so the younger you can get them used to it the better. He goes outside now so I don't even use it anymore. |
Ugo dog We use what is called a UGO Dog Heres the link UGODOG Dog Litter Box Toilet | Indoor Dog Potty | Pee Pee Pad Diana and Molly:animal36 |
We also use the UGODOG and it has worked out great. Maggie has had no problems adjusting. |
You didn't say how old you baby was or if he lifts his leg. Someone on here had a thread once about placing a soda bottle or something under the pad for them to pee against?????????? |
I'm thinking since the puppy is young, he's probably not lifting his leg. For older dogs that like to mark outside, it can help to give them a target. The soda bottle goes on TOP of the pad, with something inside to help weigh it down. ;) I would love to get Thor a little fire hydrant like the ones advertised above, but they cost $100+! Keep in mind with a marking target, you'll have to rinse the target off reguarly. |
