The Poop was everywhere!!! I couldn’t believe the mess came from my pretty little angel babies!! I came home from a long day at work! Walk through my front door and smelled something awful! I went to the bathroom where I put the babies this morning, and there was poop from one end of the bathroom to the other!! When I went to look at their faces, I see poop on their ears, poop on the tips of their cute little noises, poop on their paws, between their paws, Poop all over the place!! WHAT SHOULD I DO! I can’t let them out of the bathroom, than I would have poop all over the place! Yuck!! I had to resist the urge to run and hid in my closer and curl up in the fetus position, and cry for my mommy! I gathered my courage and went in the bathroom dumped all 3 pups in the bathtub, quickly scrubbed the bathroom, while the tub was filling! Scrubbed the maggots from ear tips to Nub tips!! Made a quick dish of rice and chicken, to help with their upset stomachs! And I am now relaxing with the maggots! The moral of the story when someone decides to get a pup or 3 and thinks it going to be a walk in the park- please relay my story of the 3 poopy smelling maggots that have upset stomachs! |
We love our furbabies and sometimes they surprise us. The joy of puppyhood, you never know where you will find poop. :D I am glad everything turned out all right in the end. :) |

Oh boy, sorry about your luck. One time I came home to Chester and let him out of his crate. Didn't realize until it was too late that he pooped everywhere and it was on the underside of his body and all in his paws. I had poop pawprints to clean up. :eek: I had to give him a bath twice to get it all. |
I couldn't help but laugh. ;) These guys are little and oh so adorable but, yes, they can make some big messes. :) Now that they have been scrubbed and are nice and clean, maybe you can relax for a bit... Tammy |
thank you all for feeling my pain! All 3 are resting and relaxing! However I think a vet visit is in our future next week!! :( |
