A little Strange I've never heard it before, but last night, Layla was sleeping on my chest and I heard her grinding her teeth. Is that common, or is something wrong? |
Pain Teeth grinding is a sign of pain |
She doesn't do it while she is awake though. What could be causing her pain curled up on my chest? I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm only trying to delve into the reason she did this. Nevermind, did a little digging on these boards and found my answer. I guess a few others have said their puppies also grinded their teeth at night, but stopped once the adult teeth came in. Thanks. |
Maybe she is just dreaming:confused: One of my son's do this in there sleep:eek:. Sorry I can't think of any other reason.:) |

My daughter grinds her teeth at night when she sleeps and she isnt in pain. I think they can grind their teeth out of habit |
I would love to fall asleep with her on my chest like that but I'm afraid of rolling over. 155 pounds against 3.5 doesn't seem like much of a contest. |
Teething pain That's it, Teething pain. Normally dogs do not grind their teeth from stress as people do. I was not sure hold the dog was, but that's what it is. They do however experience pain when they are teething , just like human babies. |
