I'm sorry...I can't imagine losing one ever...and having been around for 16 weeks..you really got a chance to get attached completely..my prayers and thoughts are with you

My condolences to your family about poor little Batman. I feel terrible for you all. Just know that he is watching over the other puppies now. He's their guardian angel now. Be strong. My prayers are with him, and your family.

Laura, my heart is breaking with yours. I can't stop crying. I am so, so, sorry for your loss of Batman. My new puppy is the same age as Batman and every time I look at him I think of you. God Bless you and your family, Sugar. Angels of the Lord encamp around you to bring you comfort during this terrible time of sadness for you. We are all here for you. Bless Batman Lord....he's at the Rainbow Bridge right now having the time of his life. :lovewings

I would like to say how sorry I am. We had a similar experience in May and it happens so fast you are in shock. You did everything you could. I hope you can find the peace Batman has.

Oh Laura!!!!!! I just saw this post and tears are just running down my face.....I just didn't expect to see this. My heart goes out to you. I know we get to a point when pups are born in our home where at first you feel like the 2nd Mommy and then you feel like the first, the real Mommy. I am so sorry for your little baby Batman. I know you gave him tons of love. He sure was a gorgeous little pup. I remember when they were born and you said you were keeping them all....I said, "Oh, you only feel that way now..." but you did, you kept them all and loved them unconditionally. You gave that little baby the best life he could have had and he never had to go through any additional stress of going to a new home. You didn't lose him Laura, he will always, always be with you....in your heart, in your family's hearts, and a part of all of your other furbabies. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
