MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!

Admin along with the 2009 Meetup Team are so excited about the meetup that we have decided to lower the registration fee to $85 for the rest of the registration period! Time is running out so register today... ;)

We cannot WAIT to meet everyone in Alexandria!

My Husband and I are going to bring one of my grandchildren with us....im sorry, but i dont remember how to go about paying the registration :confused: Please lead me in the right direction??:D

This is a major bonus to those of you not yet registered, but planning to attend!!!

For anyone who thinks this price is high just to attend, keep in mind the hotel ballroom does not come free and there is a dinner involved as well. This is not profit money, it is needed to secure the venue.

REGISTRATION

Payment

Payment of registration fees can be made by PayPal (meetup@yorkietalk.com), check, or money order. Please PM Cindy (chattiesmom) for details if interested in paying with check or money order or if you have any questions about Registration.

Be sure to include the following information in the PayPal "message to recipient" box:

1. Your YT user ID,
2. Which registration fee you are paying,
3. How many people you are paying registration fees for,
4. Each person’s "real" name(s),
5. The name of the Yorkie(s) you’ll be bringing with you (if you know at this point),
6. How many raffle tickets you’re paying for (if applicable)

We are working so hard to make the meetup great for everyone and we want as many members to attend as possible.

Also for anyone planning to attend, we contracted room nights at the hotel (so that we wouldn't have to meet a food and drink minimum) so if you can please try to stay with us at the Sheraton or if you haven't already booked for bonus Thursday think about extending your reservation! We would really appreciate everyone's help in making the meetup great.

Don't forget there are only 7 more days to register! To attend we must receive your registration fees no later than Midnight on 6/15/2009. Also don't forget that that is also the last day to reserve your room at the Sheraton. If possible, staying at the Sheraton is so important as we are obligated to fill a certain number of rooms.
