Strange behavior..... Hello everyone, Just curious about strange behaviors your furbabies have. Muņeca does this funny head down while standing, paw scratching movement into the cloth/material, and I'm not sure if that's a sign of something or if it's just a funny behavior. She has a day bed in the dining room, and she does it there most often, but she also does it on the couches (which have seat covers), and when we put her on our bed in the morning she does it there too. It's not at any particular time of the day either. Any other furbabies do this? |
Is it like she's trying to dig a hole? All of mine do that, although Gracie Ruth is the worst about it. She has to dig a hole nearly every time she goes to lay down to sleep. It can be quiet annoying late at night when everyone else is trying to settle in for the night. :p |
Oh my goodness! Our does that manic scratching on her beds or the carpet and just this week has started using her head to "cover" up the hole with dirt (I assume). It is so comical but it seems to satisfy her and even though the bully stick or bully bone is still in plain sight, she's happy after going through her dig and cover routine. I'd love to get a video of it but I can't seem to catch these cute "weird" things she does on camera. Not sure I adequately described what she does with her head...she is "moving" dirt from the "pile" she's mounded up after digging! |
Two of mine does the same thing as if making a little nest for them and it has to be just right before they will lie down to sleep. |
Maybe she is not pure yorkie....she may just had a smidge of bull in her!!!! Ole!!:p |
Mine does something similar. He also breakdances afterwards, at least thats what I call it. There's really no other way to explain it, lmao! He just flips his entire body over and over again. |
Thank you all for sharing! I have to admit I could not stop LOL! I'm glad to see Muņeca isn't the only one who does it :D |
Tobie does it too! Just last night, he was doing it on the bed for the longest time. My hubby was like, "Would you just lay down already". LOL |
