yea at this adoption event i went to. Ppl got to ask him questions about their dogs but i didnt, i just took pics. I think they were recording also for t.v.

Whattt? Lucky! I would LOVE to meet him! I'll have to keep a look out for his events- I only see his Australian seminars listed on his site. I never saw anything about NYC.

I LOVE Cesar, but even if I didn't, I'd still watch this special on puppy mills Friday.

On Friday, May 8 at 9 pm ET/PT, what begins as a routine rehabilitation for volunteer Kim Sill's five year-old Pekingese and six year-old Yorkshire Terrier puppy mill rescues will become a special assignment with a much broader aim. Once Kim has the information she needs to treat Sophie and Lovey's respective people aggression and obsessive licking, we'll join Cesar on a ride-along with the organization she works for, Last Chance for Animals - a national non-profit dedicated to eliminating animal exploitation through education, investigation, and legislation - on a mission to rescue a pack of dogs from a local suspected puppy mill. By observing the entire rescue process, Cesar hopes to provide LCA with the necessary canine know-how to work with puppy mill rescue dogs from the moment they're picked up, and help to spread awareness about the practices of non-compliant kennels. Cesar also hopes to bring awareness to the general public about the heart-rending issues regarding puppy mills.

I'd even get brave enough to drive down to LA if I knew I could meet him in person and get some pictures and get him to sign one of his books I have. He is definately my hero. In those pictures you took..........it's the first time I've ever seen him holding on to Daddy and I wonder why. Do you know? Daddy is really getting old bless him.

I don't know, Daddy was off the leash before that just fine. I think he was doing it just for the pics maybe but since there were so many ppl and dogs that could be why cause daddy was barking a little at all the flashing lights. I think he is 13 y.o. already but you can tell he really loves him

Great pics and are those guys with him bodyguards? As popular as he is I would think that he would need security.

Thank you for this information, I'd like to see this ! Their was anther Puppy Mill exposed , on Animal Planet Last week , where I live In California. It was Sickning . It was not Any of the ones I was familiar with . However, A large one was in Pen. A woman got in there by going undercover, acting like she owned a puppystore , looking to by puppy's for real cheap. SHe chose a dying pup. It happened to be a Yoriepoo> She rushed the pup to their vet , however a day later the baby died . It was heartbreaking. At least finally this gave the officals what they needed to raid the place, because she took a camera with her .It was absolutley horrific. Their were also a few more puppymills on that eposoide. It showed a store that sold puppy's , and was educating the puplic where these babies are coming from> + some of the internet Puppies.
I was glued to this one . I am not sure if anybody else had a chnce to see it. However YT'ers LIke Nancy who really know about Puppymills, have always wrote about stuff like this going on behind the scens, and there it was. I am glad that it is finally getting out there to the general public , so more of these places can be shut down FOR GOOD.

Thanks for letting us know about this special Dog Whisperer show. We watched it last night. It brought lots of tears.

I cannot even believe I did this!!! I waited ALL WEEK to watch the show last night and hubby was home (he usually works at night) my whole schedule was thrown off, and I FORGOT TO WATCH THE SHOW!!!! :eek: And I am the one who posted this thread in the first place! I remembered about midnight. I was just sick about it, I hope some of you got to watch it, maybe I can hear about it. I wonder if I can watch it online? :coffee_n_:doh:
