I love and have a deep passion for pitbulls :). I can understand the love in your words and your post. I thought that pic was the cutest thing and even called my husband over to see. I am so glad to see someone else shares my passion ;).

Your babies look adorable and I know your pitty probably adores his little buddy.

I also love pitbull's. I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier who has a gorgeous loving nature. He has a lot of patience with Mika, Mika just wants to kiss him all the time. So cute.:D

Pit bulls aren't bad, it's the owners that train them to be aggressive that is causing the problems. Unfortunately, the breed attracts those kind of people who want a tough looking and powerful dog, who then turn around and make them mean:cry:

When my daughter and family moved back home, she came complete with a 70# Staffordshire. I was beside myself ...

His name is Nitro, and he's the most peaceful, loving, considerate 4-legged beastie you could ever want to meet. He absolutely adores the Yorks and the Westie pup. He lets them crawl all over him, and even clean his teeth.

I understand that a lot of Pits were bred for "trouble", but so many of them are just BIG furbutts.

I agree 100%. Before I had my girls, I had a 130 lb bullmastiff (which people often mistake for a pit). I treated him as I treat my girls (well I can't pick him up, but he did try to sit in my lap :)). So many of the questions I got about him...I could see the person's motives weren't good. I always played up the negative and was very honest and told them how expensive they were to maintain, all the health issues my poor boy had, etc, etc.

I have a friend who has the sweetest pit ever. She also has a tiny pomeranian and they are best of friends also. Your picture is really cute and so are your dogs!:)
