I myself would also donate some toys and blankets and a soft crate (used but in great condition).

I don't think anyone has gotten him yet, I contact a local woman that was looking for a yorkie. She and her husband wanted one for her birthday I told her this little guy would be perfect.
She said she would check on it but she didn't sound super excited about it.

YorkieDaze - It's 209 so Modesto, Tracy, Stockton etc. I am in SF every weekend I could transport him there for Free.

I feel like this might be... fate?

Today I told my BF i wanted another dog. Ollie needs a playmate and I need another yorkie :o) I didn't want a really young puppy, and 10 months old is a great place to start! To top it off it's a 209 area code aaannnnd (dundundun) I'm from 209 and wll be traveling there this weekend!

$400 is a little (alot) over what my BF said I could spend (But great price for a yorkie!!) Did anyone call to see if they could talk them down?

I can't get in the way of fate! :D:p

Awgh! I am so happy to hear this! I hadn't tried to talk them down but here is their number (209)206-2755.

Please do call them and see! he is such a handsome lil guy with great potential and I would love to see him go to a loving home!
They said he is puppy pad trained and outside trained and is good with other dogs too :).

They are moving and have to rehome him so they may just go down on the rehoming fee for you!

It's funny... I've been buttering up my boyfriend since this afternoon about getting another dog. I even pretended that I had already picked one up on my way home just to gauge his reaction... haha!! and I came to YT to look for a pup looking for a home and this is the first thread that came up. In the 209 area nonetheless!

I've emailed them.

My boyfriend is NOT keen on paying that much at the moment for another dog, although, rest assured we are financially stable to pay vet bills and things he just doesn't want to spend a lot to buy another dog at the moment... (we're trying to save for a down payment on a house).

Time to turn on the charm :p:rolleyes:

I had responded to this add earlier. I believe that they are in Modesto. I offered to help find a home for him and foster him if they needed it. But with 12 already, I can't afford to pay for another one. I have emailed some people that had recently contacted me looking for Yorkies. But haven't heard if he had found a home yet.

Here is the response that I got from the poster.

Greetings,

Elvis as we have been calling him is great with kids and other animals and is very loving. We wish we could keep him but sadly cant anymore, we are moving and cant take him with us. He is potty trained and has all his shots up to date. He is a full blooded yorkshire terrier but we dont have papers for him. He is not neutered. The rehoming fee is $400.00 cash. If I can answer any further questions I will be happy to.

My boyfriend is warming up to it... asking how much it would cost to neuter him and trying to figure out how much he would be okay with me spending.

Anyone else looking to try to take him??

No One else has stepped up, But I know out here in Modesto ( I am in modesto as well ) you can get a Spay and Neuter coupon that lets you do it for $50 :) I can try and find the number for them for you.

Also since you are in Modesto you can pick up the toys and stuff if you want.. If you decide to get him :D

I don't live in Modesto anymore, but I WILL be there Sunday to visit family. :)

I really don't think I can talk the BF into paying $400... I emailed her back to ask her if she's flexible on the price so I look forward to hearing back from her.

She wrote me back again and said that he is 5 lbs and they live in Angels Camp.
