33 Yorkies Need A Home!!!!
 
I don't know if anyone has already posted this but I found this tonight. My sister and mother are going there tomorrow to get one. They both have been wanting a dog and couldn't believe it when I told them. This place is in Naperville IL and they will not adopt to someone outside the Chicagoland area. Here is the website:

Oh, my gosh!! If I could get you some money I would adopt one. How much are there fees?

The adoption fee for this place is $200 for a dog over 5 years and $250 for a dog under 5 years. I can't get them for you because I am not in the area. My family lives very near there and that is why my mom and sister (and maybe my other sister) are going there. They have all the requirements like a fenced in yard and no small children around. I believe these are all puppymill dogs and need a lot of attention. I saw about 4 of them I want and I am thinking of telling my mom to acquire about 2 so I could get one. I will let you know how things go tomorrow after they go there.

Its so wonderful of you to adopt one of these yorkies...definitely a puppymill situation....so sad. The one named Quevin, the little 5 pound female looks adorable! Adopt her!

P.S. I would adopt one...living in the Chicagoland area...but I have a no pet apartment....grrrr...

So those are puppy mill doggies? That's so sad to see. Their hair looks SO matted! Poor little guys, at least they have been rescued from that terrible situation!

Both my mom and my sister went there and filled out applications and should here in a few days. The good news is that a lot of people are calling about them but they are being extra picking because none of thes dogs ever saw the outdoors and need extra attention. They said that both my mom and have good situations such as my mom is retired and my sister's husband works from home so someone is always there. They picked out two that were not listed on the site. My mom said it broke her heart.

This is just terrible. This makes me so sad. The dogs look terrible. I wish I could take them all!!!!! :(
