What's the weirdest thing your baby does? Lola has a list of strange little quirks, but I think the funniest one is that she can't stand to eat a treat or chew a bone unless she's laying on some part of my body, preferably my hand. If I'm laying on the couch, she will literally balance on my shoulder or side, even if she's practically falling off! She also has recently learned to "throw" things by tossing her head to the side and letting go. She loves to throw her toys off the couch, over and over and over (and over). What funny, silly or weird things does yours do? |
Marley throws crap around too and then goes and gets it. I guess our babies can easily amuse themselves:p My furbaby likes to latch on to my flipflop and thrash it back and forth and growl while doing it. I tell her " Why are you tryin to act tough girl, you know you wouldn't hurt a fly" and she really wouldn't LoL its all an act but I love it! |
Laya likes to cruise the entire house looking for things she knows she is not supposed to have, then she will proudly parade them in front of you so she can get a treat to drop whatever it is she has in her mouth. One day i left my purse on the floor by the door and she comes parading by with my wallet!:rolleyes: Silly girl! |
Cute thread!! After I get out of the shower my little Tulip loves to run inside and then back out sliding across the floor!!!! It's sooooooo funny!!! She will do it over and over...until I close the shower door!! :rolleyes: Daizy has to be in my lap when I drive and she likes to put both her front paws up on the stearing wheel while standing up on her hind legs...!!! It's what we call "driving with miss Daizy"!!! :rolleyes: LOL |
Cash backs his butt up against other dogs (and sometimes me!) and then kicks like a horse!! Baby June bites his hind legs if he does this, but I have seen her do back up against him too (when he is lying on the ground and playing with her). How crazy would it be if I had two yorkies do this!!:p |
The more i think about the weird things Pasquale does...the more i realize the list is long and he's really a wacko LoL First off...he burps like a drunken sailor. It's funny..but omg...kinda weird when you have someone new over the house lol Then he can only go to sleep if he's touching someone..he HAS to be lying right next to me...touching me...if not ON me sometimes. Also he HAS to be right at the shower door when anyone comes out of the shower LoL..dont ask me why, i havent figured the reasoning behind that one yet. Some people (mostly my husband) say he's as wacko as his mother lol |
Mia plays with a ball non stop if I will let her. Every once in a while she will shove it under something, the dresser, the couch, any tight place. Then she will stand there and BARK until we get it out for her. I have put curtain rods, brooms, pillows, anything to block off the spot. She will burrow and dig her way into hiding it where it is unreachable. Really gets on your nerves after a while. Crazy girl!! |

Chachi will go in his small travel crate and cry and we will know he wants to go somewhere. Another thing both of mine do is cry when the ice cream truck comes by so we will get them ice cream |
My two boys are funny. I take them outside and the Lhasa (Zeke, who is a couch potato) will know when Baxter gets into the zoomie mode, so he will just stand still for maybe 10 minutes. The whole time Baxter is running around the yard doing a huffing noise, and will dive bomb poor Zeke. He will do this 30 or 40 times, hopping over Zeke, butting him in the bum or just annoying him. And he is sooooo persistant in doing this. He will keep it up until zeke gives a quick bark, and walks away. :D |
If my purse isn't zipped up-I have a large purse- Noelle goes in head first, (she must think there's a cookie in the bottom) and gets stuck with her hind legs sticking out of my purse. It's so funny, her legs are wiggling away until I rescue her. Also when she jumps down from the sofa or somewhere, she doesn't jump straight down, she jumps out like a swan dive. Silly little girl. |
Boo will hike his leg against your leg when he wants you to play with him. The first time he did this, my DH was freaking out because he thought Boo was going to pee on him. :eek: But it quickly became apparent that it is Boo's cue to play. Boo will also bump you with his bum as an invitation to play. The first few times he did it to Gracie Ruth he bump her off her feet. He learned he had to be gentler with his bumps when he was playing with her. :p |
i think there's a such a thing as catnip for dogs that's only found in bed matress's because whenever honey gets on a matress she goes NUTS! and i mean litreally! she growls and runs in circles and digs! this lasts for a good 10 minutes. Its kinda frustrating when we want to go straight to bed! We have to put her up there first let her growl and say "No you can't go to bed!" before we get in... She also LOVES to lick ur feet when you get outta the shower. My husband now closes the door b/c he's REALLy ticklish so she will dig at the bottom of the door then stick her nose under it. Quite funny really!!:p |

Crazy!! I am recognizing sooo many of Kota's antics on this thread! When he has a chew toy he absolutley has to be touching me or my hubby, he goes nuts on a mattress ( like this morning!!), and the *burping* OH the burping!! How can something so raunchy come out of something so adorable?!? LOL. Oh, and he likes to play tag. Like, for real tag. I run until I catch him and say TAG!! Then i turn and run and he'll literally bump the back of my leg with his paw and bark, as if to say "tag!!" and run off til I can catch up with him. Craziest thing ever. I love my little guy. :) |
