Might be looking for another female
 

I don't really know where to post this so i'll post it here, i didn't think it should go in the wanted yorkies section cause we dont know if we want one right away. But with the passing of Sophie and London's depression we think we really want to get another girl. We don't know when, if in a few weeks or even a year, who knows. But we want to keep out options open and doing research of good breeders right now. We know that Sophie would want us to be happy and I believe she is happy where she is and smiling at us. We miss having 3 dogs in the house, it's been so quite lately. And we can tell that London is really grieving, she used to play with Sophie ALL the time, 'cause they were the same size and now she mostly sleeps. We would like to try to get one that will stay dark like Sophie was and preferably AKC registered. We also want one that will stay small, under 4 lbs and with a nice personality to her, sweet and gentle but also very smart. Is that asking for too much? Either way we would love her unconditionally cause we love them all. And we would start training classes with her right away. Can anyone please reccomend any good breeders that you think will have a dog that fits this description, also with a health guarantee..thank you so much, everyone's here been so caring and helpful.:love:

Her pups usually stay dark and they are just the sweetest. My little Tsubi is a little over a year now and she stayed dark and she is the smartest and sweetest thing..lol..but I think that way about all 3 of mine..lol

Thanks. We really don't know. I was so looking forward to taking Sophie everywhere this summer since it was so cold here until this week, i take them everywhere in the summer. Even on vaca. But idk, i cant say when, we dont have a date or anything. We're just looking around. It's going to be so hard

she doesn't have a website but she is very well known in show world. I know a girl that has a puppy from her and he is soooo adorable. I have spoken to her since i would like to have a boy puppy in the future and she is sooo nice. she doesn't mind home visit and stuff and she actually wants you to come and see the dogs at her place. She is pretty busy since she is out of town a lot for the dog shows.

Thank you, she really was adorable. Teddy is actually fine. He played with her sometimes but he mostly keeps to himself, and plays with his toys. He's more of a throw the ball type of dog and fetches it than wrestling with other dogs. He was the first one anyway so i really dont think he notices, he would be fine if he were the only one as well. He likes humans better for some reason

I'm so sorry about your baby. I know this isn't what you were thinking of since you really seem to know the type of little one you want, but have you considered a rescue? You can't really pick your size or color, or even know their bloodline but the personality could still be what you want. When we lost our little one, I wasn't actively looking either. Then I happened on a post here on YT that talked about a little girl needing a family. It just seemed right. Like maybe losing our girl wasn't for nothing. It allowed a little one that needed us into our home when we needed her too. Check out the faces on Chris' Rescue Angels. Just a thought.

Great i will email her. Even better if she is in the area, then i would be able to go see the personality, that would be awesome! Edward wants a shy and dependent one cause thats how Sophie was and got picked on but after being with us she became a little more social and was becoming very brave. Teddy and Lon are more independent but i know that every dog has its personality and we can't really pick what they will be like so as long as they are sweet im good.

I have to second that. Stephanie is a great breeder, my lil gidget came from her. You'll know when your ready, in the meantime, youll be in my prayers to help you heal.

Yes i have considered rescuing and i planned to rescue once i moved into a house, or bigger place cause they are very strict with that. I do plan to go to visit shelters and see how that goes. Nothing is set in stone, we're open to anything, we just want one that will get along with our dogs and love us. But i have heard that they are very dificult to deal with and many ppl get declined but i will try it out, i know there are many dogs that need homes and id love to save one, even more in the future. If i had the space and backyard i would prob. have way more dogs but i do live in an apt. I do congratulate you for rescuing, that is the best thing you can do.

Just wanted to let you know....YT member, Janet, has a litter...they are ADORABLE!! you may want to check her out...she is a wonderful lady. I also want to say (again) how sorry I am to hear of your little Sophia's passing...
