PLEASE pray for Windy "Sophidog", Lida and Windy's Mom Oh, poor Windy. She had posted about her Lida not eating or drinking and the vet doing extensive testing....finding nothing. He then did an exray and found that Lida had swallowed a penny. They did surgery to remove it. Now, oh my goodness, Lida had to have her left paw removed and has lost 2 toes from her right foot and is going to lose the other 2 (we are praying she doesn't lose the pad also). The vet says he doesn't know why. Windy thinks it's the way Lida must have positioned them after surgery and the circulation got cut off. Lida is actually feeling better and is eating and drinking now. However, if she continues to have amputations, she will have to be put down. PLEASE pray that this doesn't happen. All of this is happening on top of Windy's Mom not doing well (she just got home from the hospital). So if you could pray for all 3 of them and their family, it would be greatly appreciated. |
I will pray for them . |
I was so sad to hear this - I did email her and am praying very hard for her little Lida Rose and her mom - thank you for posting this - It's so sad and I hope the vet finds out what's going on ASAP - Windy is in my prayers and thoughts and I truly hope Lida is going to be ok ...If you speak with her PLEASE send her a big hug from me. |
