Everything I need to know I learned from my yorkie
 
Okay, something like this has probably been done before, but I thought it would be fun to list some life lessons imparted by our furry friends.

* If it doesn't smell good, don't eat it.

* Play your heart out every day.

* Exercise should be enjoyable!

* Take pride in your work.

* Get plenty of sleep.

* If something doesn't seem right, speak up.

* Spend as much time as you can with your loved ones.

* We are all beautiful in our own way. Still, it doesn't hurt to be fashionable!

* Don't be afraid to look silly.

* Everyone poops.


What has YOUR yorkie taught you? :D

Just thought of two more:

* Don't worry about your mistakes too much.

* Vacuuming is overrated.

My yorkie has taught me the meaning of unconditional love...he loves me, even at my worst.

Just a couple that I can think of:

To make mistakes is human....to forgive quickly is Canine! (or yorkie) :D

You're never to old to play....

If you can't eat it, pee on it and walk away (I've read that somewhere)
your lap is my pillow

To always, be proud of your accomplishments. Every time Josh goes potty on his pad, he runs around my room to celebrate. Of course, I cheer him on for good behavior.

Always be proud of yourself for making good choices and following the rules. He always gets extremely happy when I tell him he is a good boy. He starts to spin and run around the room. Do not let anything get you dog and to always be happy. My dog has an upbeat personality.

*Being cute can get you out of any trouble*

*If you whine enough, people will listen*

Its funny because Dino loves rolling around on the rug and he just looks so happy when he does it my brother always says "I wish rolling around in the rug could make me happy" :)
