Teeny tiny "cute" clothes I didn't know quite where to post this. I know that some of you with the really small Yorkies have (in the past) commented about how hard it is to find clothes to fit your little ones. Yesterday in Dollar Tree I saw a whole section of really cute "doll" clothes (in the toy section) that would fit the teeny tiny Yorkies. The particular store I was in had a section of pet stuff (including some clothing), too, but the doll clothes were by far much cuter and there was a greater variety. Also, in Fred's I saw some darling spring sweaters on Easter bunnies. Even though you'd have to buy the stuffed bunny, too, the price was still extremely reasonable to get the cute sweater. I guess I'm noticing this type of thing more since I have a Yorkie now (although mine is not small at all). Anyway, just thought I'd give any of you with Dollar Trees and/or Freds nearby a heads-up on this. |

The dollar store is great, though I'd stay away from their pet food, you never know where it's from. Also, if you are going to cloth your furbaby, getting clothing that specifically fits a dogs body is important otherwise it will be uncomfortable for the pup. |

When mine were younger I bought the teddy bear sweaters. I would get them at Micheals or ebay |

LOL...I won't even buy people food in a store that discounted unless I know the brand and an expiration date is printed OR I know the "candy" has just been put on the market. I went in looking for a tape measure so I could put in her gift exchange measurements for the new sign-up. What I love to buy in that store are the gift bags and oh, my goodness, did they have some gorgeous ones in stock! (Off topic again but they also had silicone spatulas very much like the ones I had purchased at a very well-known kitchen store! They carry a good line of kitchen utensils, I think. When our house burned, I bought several kitchen tools there. Once in a while you can even find Rubbermaid items.) |
