Narrow Nose?
 
:aimeeyork:aimeeyorkI dont know how else to say this but my Yorkie puppy has a narrow nose. Well the muzzle part is starting to be more pointy and narrow not wide and short like most of yours here. Will her muzzle look like other Yorkie's when she is an adult? Does anybody have an adult Yorkie that had a more narrow muzzle as a puppy that looks ok now?

She is full blooded Yorkie and AKC. Parents have nice face and noses but Ive seen many pictures of Yorkies her age and most have a wider short snout than her. Any info would be greatly appreciated. :aimeeyork:aimeeyork

I don't think it will get wider. I looked at your album and he is cute.

I think the nose length is what it is.I think from around 6-8 weeks that is the length it will be. I have 5 and all except one since a baby and their nose length did not change or the width for that matter.Some have a wider more round face and some have a more pointed face,this will not change.I love both looks, although I have found it extremely hard to find ones with the rounder face.

Miley is 7 weeks old so i guess it will be as long as it will get or close to it. Just doesnt seem as WIDE as most pics I see of other Yorkie puppies her age. Heres a couple pics of my Miley.

Alot of what I think makes them look wider is the hair on the face. As your puppy gets more hair it willl look different. When Roxie is wet her snout looks more narrow too. You have adorable babies!

I was going to say the same thing before I read your post. Tobie looks so different when he is wet. The hair makes a big difference

Your babies are adorable. Hot Rod has very petite slender features. His snout is a bit pointy and his nose is so small.
