I need a 2nd job so I can spoil my furbabies more!
 
So I got Samson in July of last year and Harley in Jan of this year. I swear I love shopping for them more than shopping for myself (and I LOVE shopping for me:D). Due to the ecomony my company recently reduced everyone's pay by 6%, which sucked in general but has cut into my extra spending money for my furbabies. If I had the time I would work a 2nd job just to bring in money just to spend on them:exclaim:

since getting charlie. I find myself buying him more things than for myself. DH yells at me all the time but he needs stuff. I only buy him stuff that he needs. =)

My older babies want nothing to do with toys and would be so mad at me if I tried to get them to wear clothes but I've got to stop spending money on Tobie! I love that I now have a little one who loves toys and is small enough to dress up so I have been buying so much for him. Every time I go into Petsmart I have to buy him a new toy even if I am just planning on getting dog food. I might need an intervention soon. lol

omg, i'm the same way too! i haven't bought myself any new clothes in months, yet i've managed to buy all these toys for my babies. we're just doing what any loving parent would do...thinking of our "children" before we think of ourselves.

So heres my deal....I can by Trevor clothes with no problem from my other furbabies...but if I buy a toy....I have to buy 3 of the same, because they always give me "the look" if one has something new and the others have to play with their "old" (3 days) toys

I am the same way!!! I love to dress the little ones. My husbund says I spend way too much on clothes and stuff. Oh well they deserve it. RIGHT!!!!!

what is even funnier is that I do the same thing with toys, if I buy one now I buy two so they each have the same thing BUT they still fight over just one. The other toy not being played with can be right next to them and they will still fight over the toy that was just picked up by the other dog. It is crazy.

:)Prince is fine...I need a second job for me! (I go to PetSmart and doggie boutiques on a regular basis...Macy's or Dillards, once in a while).

Yes! I would love the have a second job cause that means more MONEY to spend! But..... I can't bare being away from my baby any longer than 8 hours a day monday - friday. I used to work over time all time...and anytime they had it. But since I got my girl I'm like.... 8:30 come in (no earlier) and 5pm I leave and go straight home..... then pick her up to go do my errands with me. hehe ..... "maybe" when she gets older. :p

I have started hiding my purchases from DH, I then put toys in the furbabies toy box when he isn't around and if he asks questions whether that is a new toy when he sees it, I tell him "no they have had that forever". I think that really means I have a problem :cool:

Oh my gosh I buy SO much for Jackson, it's ridiculous!! If I go into a store just to get a necessity like food or something... I leave spending way more than I should've! LOL. And I'm constantly looking online for new things for him!
