How many of you have? How many of you have yorkies that weigh's 7lbs. and over? CoCoa B. weighs 8.4 pounds. But the thing is is that he loves 2 eat more than 3 times a day, more than my other 2 furbabie's, but they are slowly picking up his eating habit's. |
Lucy is 8 lbs, and teddy are 8.5 lbs. They are not over weight, just bigger yorkies. I think a little chubby is really cute,:p but don't let it go to fare. Next time you go the the vet,ask him if he is overweight. |

Riley is 2.... it seems everytime I take him to the vet he has gained more weight.... He doesn't eat alot, 1/2 cup dry food a day... somtimes only 1/4c.. only cheerios for treats.... so... I don't know?.... but we love him anyway... He is presently 9lbs!!:rolleyes: |
Twinkle is 8lb but not at all fat and the vet said she's not overweight. I give her breakfast in the morning (chicken, pasta and veg etc) which she eats straight away, and then at lunchtime I put down some kibble which she picks at during the day. xxx |
Jackson was 8.6 pounds at his 16 week appt. He's gotta be 10 pounds at least. But he's not overweight- just bigger! |

Woody and Bogie are both about 10 pounds. Woody should be about 5-6 and Bogie about 9. We are on a weight loss program now. |

Kassie will be eleven in July and weighs 10.5 lbs , she isnt overweight so much just a larger yorkie. |
Baron is 15 1/2 months old and weighs 8 pounds. He weighed 6 pounds when I got him @ 6 months old. He's not really tall. He's more on the longish side!! He's such a Cutie....:D |
Coral is probably between 9 and 10 lbs. |
Our first yorkie, Chelsea was 11 lbs in her prime. Felt she was healthly at that weight too, Vet didn't mind. |

My Zoe is only 5.5lbs but my sister's yorkie was 14lbs and I liked his size too. There are some advantages to a little bit bigger guy. Like not having to worry about them being carried off by hawks! :( I guess I'm one of those people who likes them at all the different sizes! |
my kenji is 12 lbs and he's 10 months old. i'm thinking he'll cap off at 14 lbs. |
My Yorkie is small, and he weighs eight pounds. He is one year old. My Yorkie loves to snack all throughout the day too. My dog will overeat if I leave the food down all day. He loves his dog food. :D |

I know what you mean there, my furbabies is also small, but they will eat all day long if i let them too, and its a big no, no. because there will be alot of pooping from them. and there will be times when they will eat,just because, and i know they can't be hungry after an hour later, i have some greedy butts babies on my hand,lol. have a nice day. My Yorkie loves to eat and play. If I leave his food out, he would eat and play all throughout the day. The veterinarian even told me my dog was greedy. Once he was sick and stayed at the vet overnight, and he still did not lose his appetite. |
Aiden at last check was 11 lbs. He's a porker. I'll have to weigh him at Har;eys vet apt Friday..getting neutered...:eek: |
