organic dog food SO CONFUSED ABOUT DOG FOOD - If money were no object which brand of organic dog food would be your choice. Has anyone tried Life's Abundance. I was hoping to switch my dog's food as she has allergies and is constanting itiching. I want to switch to organic so there is no peticides, hormones, any kind of corn etc. etc. etc. that might be causing a problem. Any suggestions? Again price is not a consideration. She is only 4 1/2 pounds so she doesn't eat that much. Thanks for any suggestions from any users of organic dog food. Linda |
Here's a thread that discusses Whole Dog Journal and their pick of top foods, of which there are a few organic ones on there... http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...ganic+dog+food Good luck, there's a lot of choices in organic foods! :) |
Natural Balance has developed a raw food diet that is frozen and sold at some Petcos. You can go online and find out where to get it in your area. I was actually designed by my vet, Stephen Blake for natural Blance and it has all healthy ingredients as close to a perfect diet as you can get. They come in small ice cube sized portions so you defrsot and feed as little as one cube at a time. |
I'm going to switch Brody to Innova Evo when he turns 10 months. Its supposed to be a kibble that is most similar to the raw diet. No grains. I don't know if its organic though. But its supposed to be really good. Here's the website: http://www.naturapet.com/display.php...D%271246%27%5D You can also compare other foods at this website: http://www.naturapet.com/display.php?d=comp-wiz This tool doesn't have ALL the brands, but it has a lot. |
