Such a proud mommy...with such a weird father! So i was lying on the couch a little while ago watching some tv and resting up before i have to go to work tonite. Well Pasquale took off to the living room barking. So i figured it was just the mailman. Well his bark kept getting louder and more rapid...so i figured I'd go look what was going on. Well my mom and dad decided to drop by...and my dad pretended he was trying to break into the side window to see "what would Pasquale do". My dad is such a wacko..i look at the window and he's jumping up and down and dancing around doing jazz hands. I praised Pasquale and kept telling him what a good boy he was...its nice to know he's there watching out for me. On the other hand...i just realized how NUTS my father is! :D |

As I was reading your post I was thinking that that sounds like something I would do. I could just see myself outside dancing around to see what the babis would do. :D I do it to my babies all the time. My lab goes nuts when we do it to him but Buddy will run and hide under the chair. :rolleyes: I think we are all nuts at some point. Now your dad can rest ashured sp? you are safe. |
Hehe Thats funny...and very silly! What a good boy Pasquale is!! These dogs are such the watchdogs, I have had many occasions where peanut protected me...one time there was a cat on the porch and he went nuts over, my dh came in the house with a halloween mask and and peanut almost nipped him:D haha that was a good one, peanut didnt give up till dh took the mask off....They are VERY good watch dogs, I know when I am alone peanut will let me know whats outside!! P.S What does Pasquale mean? |

Wow! So cool! Baxter is a barker too. When the doorbell rings, or if someone comes into the apartment, he will go to my bedroom door and bark! The other night, I thought I heard someone tapping on my bedroom window, which is located right next to the road that leads into my apartment complex. It was late at night, and Baxter was lying with me in the bed. My bed is RIGHT next to the window, and someone tapped three times! Baxter turned towards the window and started barking. It scared me silly! I looked out the window, but no one was there! I felt safe though, because Baxter was there looking out for me, even if he is only six pounds. :rolleyes: |
Thor is very diligent about notifying me whenever my next door neighbors enter or leave their apartment. :rolleyes: |
What a good boy you have! Precious is also a great watchdog! She knows all of our neighbors though & doesn't bark at them thank goodness, EXCEPT for the family next door all 4 of them!!! She barks & goes crazy at the sight of any of them!!! And we have 2 different mailmen...1 she doesn't make a peep at the other one she goes absolutely insane! I think she has a great sense about people if you know what I mean LOL MOMMY TO PRECIOUS:aimeeyork |
