Yeh I'm definitely going to be looking up the landlord/tenant acts like the last post suggested. Thanks for all the help and support again guys, its been helping me a lot the past day with everything thats been going on. And I'm so glad someone pointed out it was my fault Prada was here, I was wondering how she ended up in my apartment... I guess I'd never thought of it like that... or I had and mentioned that in the first post. But either way, I met with this roommate before we were placed together and we laid out most of our issues before I decided to move in there. I have very nice electronics and a lot of nice stuff so they were all too happy to let me move in. After that he turned into a jerk, but still has asked me not to move out when I've thought about it. Needless to say, my apartment is on Craig's list and Marketplace for the last few months of the lease, and my parents have even offered to buy furniture if I can find a place where I wouldn't have to have roommates. Also as I already stated, Prada is now potty-trained and does not chew, so there is no "damage" to the apartment. And if there was, he would go to the office and tell them, like he's already told them I'm the one who hung up pictures and damaged the walls with nails. Also, I know there is a pet violation fee of $100 first and then $200, then an eviction. Thanks for all the concern and for bringing up things I hadn't thought of.

He seemed really nice and willing to accomidate a lot of the things I had previously brought up to him. I didn't feel the need to mention ALL this in the first post, that's a reason I asked no one to say stuff about that. I know I brought Prada to an apartment where pets aren't welcome, and I can see why he would have an issue with her, but she is kept in my room now, and he had told me many times how much he "loves" dogs and everything, thats why he said "I can't so this." Since all of the leases are individual, they won't be charged for anything in my room at all. I don't like that it worked out to where I had to have Prada at this apartment, but when I saw her and saw how she acted and saw her living conditions, I couldn't leave her there to be mistreated. So yeh, I guess I am completely guilty for getting her out of there.
