So peanut got groomed the other day...and I got his body shaved and his head was left long....Do you guys think he looks funny??My hubby says he looks funny because he head hair is so long and his body is shaved....I think he looks like a chinese crested:D Not sure how I feel about it..What do you guys think????

I think he looks great!!! I did a lion cut on my pommie...now that looked funny!!! I wish I had pics!

awww, he looks so cute. :p Boo looks like that every summer too. It's just too hot here and he gets such a heavy coat. We leave his legs a little longer to sort of help balance it out. You'll be surprised at how quick he'll get a little fuzzy and then he won't look so extreme.

1) Boo in all his winter fuzzy glory
2) Sporting his summer cut

He looks adorable and the cut is so cool for the hotter months.
I keep Buddy's coat shaved in the summer also but leave the leg
hair longer along with the face.
He has been growing his coat since last Oct and I am undecided
as to cut him down or not. It's so soft and it is getting long.
I am so confused!

Peamut looks great:) A m onth ago Suzi was shaved down too. Their hair grows really fast ! :thumbup:

Boo is sooo cute :D Yeah thats a good idea..I think next time I will leave his leg hair a little fuzzy... I love his coat shorter, its so much easier to deal with. He ALWAYS is in to something so its easier for me to deal with. And I dont like to picl dingleberries off his bum!! One of these days I will grow out his hair like boo's!!

I like it both ways! although when bella was shaved people said she did look funny... So now i just have it cut very short, not shaved. Hope you have better luck then i did at the groomer today!! bella nearly died! Grrr..still so mad!

I know what you mean, I LOVE the yorkie coat, I love how it looks too, thats what I always wanted when I was younger is a yorkie with a full coat..then I fianally got peanut, and I thought for sure I would grow his hair out, but 1 cut turned to 2 and etc..Sometimes I do get it pretty long, but it always get stuck in his harness and pulls on his skin, or he get into something, and then I have to brush him..gessh its a lot of work!! Thats why I just leave the face long, so I can have alittle hair on him :D And he has tons of clothes so he is never cold!!

OH NO...I hope bella is ok!!! I did get peanut shaved its hard to tell on the pic but its like 1/2 of a inch long

I think he looks adorable! :D With that face, he could be PURPLE and still look absolutely precious! :D
