I can't imagine any informed, caring buyer would purchase from her after reading all this info and seeing all the red flags on her site.

Called Connie Fahey's Vet. today. His statement was, he doesn't do much for his $4.00 charge for a health guarantee! He then stated he didn't have time to basically deal with me. Connie stated he wanted to see my baby's x-rays, which he knew nothing about!
I stated to him, don't you mean her scan, and that's when he had to go! To me this is scary business! Please do your homework when it comes to Connie Fahey!!!
I've had my puppy less then a month and she's been to the Vet. every week.
Connie will continue to tell you it's a cold and not to waste your money, it's not a cold. Thanks again to those supporting this thread about her, she is truly a mean person!

Wow, thank God I decided to do an online search about this breeder by googling "Fahey Yorkie Kansas." It brought me to this thread. The reason I did the search was because I was VERY seriously considering purchasing a Yorkie puppy from this breeder this coming Friday. I've been searching on PetFinder.com for a while and came across her listing. I was close to emailing her but decided to run a search first to see if I could find info that would indicate to me whether she was reputable or not. Well, I guess that question's been answered...

It is so heartbreaking and disappointing to know that there are some people masquerading around as breeders that see beautiful, innocent and defenseless little animals solely as a way to make money, viewing them with proverbial dollar signs on their furry little heads with little to no regard for their health and well being. Despicable...

dealings w/her can file a complaint. I'd rather not post any further info here.

It's sad there are so many bad breeders out there, but there are good ones too!
You just really have to do your homework and check out anyone you find, even anyone that you find or may contact you from YT. There are breeders here that are just interested in selling puppies!

In trying to clear your name, might I respectfully suggest you begin by reading just your own posts for discrepancies…

Here Lexi has a cold in 2 wks after Theresa received her.

Oh, and for above, these babies can be beautiful and sick. And God places sick dogs into people's hearts the same as healthy ones so that statement you keep saying "do you want me to show you pictures" is truly a mute point!

OK, but this is the post that got me. I mean it really got me!!! I am simply a pet owner who fell in love with this breed first because of their adorable look but then because of the fact that they have more personality in their little nubbie tails than most people have in their whole body.

But even before I started learning how ignorant I was in locating a dog when I found my Monkey, I am pretty sure that this story of spending money to ship not one BUT two yorkies FOR FREE to someone who is just too poor to afford the dog makes me want to go grab a clothes pin for my nose because it smells, smells, stinky smells…

You SHIPPED two dogs to people who could not afford them??? And look how proudly you stated you cared for them for 2 months… Really… 2 months??? If I was trying to be a fake in an industry, and trying to recover my reputation, I think I would do a little research on what reputable considers acceptable for their dogs. You’ve stated that you have several decades of experience in this “business” and that your “kennels” are certified. Continued prayers that the true evils of these types of situations always come to light expediently for the good of our precious babies.

I know I will continue to keep this thread alive! By faxing all my info from my Vet. as
well as all my emails from Connie, my negative review was finally posted to her account. If you have purchased a sick puppy from Connie you must fax all your info to PuppyFind in order for them to repost your review, she will not be able to remove it. Does anyone know how to file charges on her so she doesn't continue to make money on these poor baby's? On the bright side my baby gained 3 oz., she now weighs
