Thanks to altigger74 for a great recommendation! What a cool idea for a kennel. My wife purchased one one these kennels for Sophie. It arrived yesterday. She loves it! (So does Lucas the cat!) In fact, my young neighbor girl was actually laying inside the kennel with Sophie yesterday. The item is on E-Bay (See the link.) I am unsure if I attached the link correctly. Ya know, I really really love the looks and idea of these, but I have to wonder about the pups or adults chewing through the mesh. I guess I think about that cuz I once had one of those pop up crates from Walmart made from what looks like the same mesh & material, and it did end up getting chewed (or clawed) through.

Anyone experiance that with this product? Cuz otherwise I think it would be great for a new mama & litter of pups.

I saw the same x-pen on ebay, but I wasn't sure about the dimensions. But from seeing your little cutie in it I can tell that my Bella will have plenty of room. Again thank you so much for posting! :)

This made me Laugh!! We have the exact one & my daughter used when she kept Bella for me. Her cat which is also black/white took it over!! He LOVED it too!!:D They all do....it's like a little playhouse for them.

I haven't had a problem with the mesh at all. It's pretty thick like those on a playpen. That's exactly why I got it, for my mom's and babie's.

I am so glad you like it! I love mine! It's so easy to clean too! I took it out a few weeks ago when it was warm and sunny and sprayed it down and that was it!

Hello, how secure is the velcro closure?

It is actually closed with zippers. There is an entrance in the front and back. The velcro is to keep the door open. We had to buy a small clasp to keep the zippers together. She figured out how to open her other kennel by push against the mess.

That looks fab! especially as its in pink!:p I have a Pink puppy playpen (looks like a babies one but specifically for small dogs!) it folds away in its own bag...great for holidays!:thumbup: My Pixie loves it! :aimeeyork

I'm not sure who makes it. I'll have to look at the box it came in and tell you. The person on ebay is some "pet product" distributor. He had nice goroming tables for $78. It had the arm and all and was foldable. So you could store it away when not using. My little Sophie is not real keen on grooming, so it would be nice to have the tie arm. Right now I stick her in the sink.... LOL. I'm not sure if I would want to keep her in there for hours on end. Today when I put her in my one cat was taunting her and she was jumping up at the side. I don't think it would tip, but I wasn't sure. Now this can go outside, too. And if you do that, it comes with stakes to anchor it to the ground. That's a nice idea too. The top also zips open. What I'm doing now is just throwing all her toys and her bed inside and she goes in and out as she pleases while I'm home. She's a chewer and she hasn't chewed through anything yet. It's kind of hard to chew the mesh as it's pulled taut. However, the doors and roof are mesh. If you choose to unzip them, then you MUSt keep them velcro'd up so they are not dangling and then could easily get chewed. Hope that helps everyone.
